These cottages are not fancy, but clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for your boat trailer, public ramp just around the corner. We have 2 cottages on this property. This is unit #1. This cottage does not have an ocean view but is on the open water. Just a few steps you can walk out and lounge by the ocean.

Easy to find, quiet and calm. We went during a cold snap and the host made sure there were heaters and blankets to stay warm!

The ocean access/front was misleading. It didn’t say anywhere in the listing it’s a “Cottage” which was really a 4 side medal building (reminds me of a fishing camp or more for a worker). It was very warm inside (temperature) two window air conditioners one set on 74 degrees in June and couldn’t get it cooled down. You couldn’t see the water because of it being just four walls a couple of small windows. There was no walkway or entrance to the water just big boulders. The parking was clear, since there was another “cottage” behind the first one we were staying in. Seems very rude to walk in their yard to get to see the water anyways. Not bad for overnight or someone just wanting a place to sleep and hang out. The furniture was all wicker and 80’s vibe. One and done for us.
