The unit is in a fantastic location, just one block from the main parking lot at Park City. There is a steep hill up to the lot but its short and doable in ski boots carrying your gear. If you have a car, its really simple to drive up to the lot and transport all the gear but a car is not required. If you do have one, there is plenty of parking, including a single car garage at the unit. The unit is older and has some issues but the owner and property manager really went out of their way to try and make our stay better. They even gave us a partial refund for some of the issues that occurred during the week. Its comfortable and the living room/kitchen/dining room can easily accommodate a larger crowd. The private hot tub on the deck is new and great. it was fantastic to get off the mountain, back to the condo, and into the hot tub in about 20 minutes. Although it is right by the mountain, the tub felt very private. The unit needs some quick fixes and additions but overall it was a really good place to stay, ski, and be together.

The townhouse was clean, location was ideal and the hot tub was amazing! Chris (property owner) was more than happy to answer all my questions and gave great recommendations for things to do around town. I highly recommend renting this property for your next stay!

The property is so close to the slopes it makes for a perfect ski weekend - can’t beat it. The biggest downside to the house is how incredibly dirty it was. The towels and sheets were clean and carpet vacuumed but I think that was it. There was dirt and dust in every corner, on all baseboards, the bathroom countertops had dirty and white residue, there was mold and stains in the showers. For a long weekend it was ok but the fact that we have to pay three hundred for a cleaning fee was pretty disappointing considering the filth that has been untouched for months. Also we were not sure how Covid clean it was so we had to spend some time cleaning surfaces ourselves. I think the owner should look into a new cleaning service.

The location is great for accessing the main lifts at Park City Mt Resort, although it's a busy corner and you can hear the plows all night. Our biggest frustration was the kitchen-the oven wouldn't close all the way and had to be propped closed with a ski pole. there was not a single pan that could be put in the oven-no cookie sheet or casserole pan for cooking chicken or biscuits or baking/broiling anything-we had to buy one-we also bought wine glasses. The dishes were not clean although put away. There is no broom if you wish to sweep the kitchen. All of the liquid soap dispensers in the bathrooms and the dishwasher soap were filled with water to make us believe there was soap-but no luck. Behind the hot tub were beer cans and someone's underwear-probably still there. The queen mattresses are old and soft. For the money I spent I was disappointed

Three colleagues and I stayed here for 6 nights during Sundance. The location was perfect and the place was clean and comfortable. The property managers were kind and very accommodating. We couldn’t ask for a much better stay.

House is as advertised - walkable to town, and the hot tub is amazing! We had some trouble with the stove, but property manager came by the next day to fix.

Great accommodations for my family of five - all adults. Plenty of room in the bedrooms and common area. Fabulous location! Short walk to base of Park City Mountain, and bus line right at the corner. Easy walk to Starbuck's or great coffee shop located inside the Library. Chris was easy to work with and very responsive, as well as his Property Manager. Hot tub on the deck is a very appreciated amenity after a day of skiing!

Short walk to the slopes, close to Main St. with easy access to free bus line. Comfortable place, loved the fireplace and hot tub.

We rented the condo to be near our son’s house for Thanksgiving. It is in a great location and was everything we needed it to be. The garage for parking was an added bonus.

We loved staying in this unit during the summer of 2018. It was close to everything, safe, clean and the owner was very responsive to any questions. We would definitely use it again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chris's townhouse. Chris, and his manager Alex, were prompt in their communications and generous with local information relating to equipment rentals. Checking in and out were also seamless. The house itself was very comfortable and had plenty of room for six guests (our family of four plus grandparents); and the best part was its location to the slopes. The townhouse is an easy (2 block) walk to the Park City Resort base which made it convenient for members of our party to walk up whenever they were ready to hit the slopes! We would definitely recommend this property and its management team!

Couldn't have been better! The location is perfect (walking distance to everything you could want in Park City), it was clean, the owners left a great gift basket, and it was by far the easiest check in/check out process I've ever had. Will definitely stay again!

This town home is in an excellent location. Easy to walk to ski lifts, grocery store, Starbucks, and downtown Park City. Town home is cozy, updated, quiet, and the layout works easily for a family. Chris, the owner, is very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend it.

This place could not have been in a better location. A short walk to main street as well as the base of Park City Mountain Resort. A lot of extra touches that made the stay extra special. Would definitely stay again. Central location, beautiful area, great living space.

My husband and two children stayed here for our annual ski trip to Park City. The town house itself is situated in a great location. It is just a short walk to main street, the Park City Mountain Lift and the city bus stop. The condo is updated and very clean. The owner was very responsive when booking this condo. I would recommend this town home to any family traveling to park city.

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. The condo is well located for both access to ski lifts and the Main Street area. The condo was very clean and well equipped for cooking. If you have two vehicles parking spaces can be an issue but there is usually additional spots close by on the street. We would definitely stay there again. We were able to have my daughter''s small dog with us which was also one of the main reasons we chose this property.

The owner of this property is outstanding! Chris was so accommodating and replied to my inquiries within a few hours! The house has a great kitchen with any cooking utensil you may ever need! The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and the bathrooms accomodated multiple people! The hot tub was a hit with beautiful views and great water temperature! The units garage allowed for easy unloading and loading of our luggage and kept our car clean from the outdoor elements! The walk to downtown was very pleasant and quick! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon!
