Spacious ocean view, upstairs 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in a quiet location, with an ocean view park as a 'front yard’ and a canyon view/ocean view state park as a 'backyard'. See and hear the waves crashing from the dining room, living room and balcony, and enjoy a short 5 minute walk to Califia Beach. Beautiful weather year round. Plenty of secure underground parking for you and your guests. Just 1 mile south of charming downtown San Clemente and 1 mile north of famous Trestles surfing. 5 minutes to reasonably priced golf! 45 minutes south of Disneyland and 1 hour north of San Diego and all of its attractions. Although the balcony has great views, it is not safe for young children. For summer guests, we have ceiling fans and portable fans but we do not have A/C. For winter guests we have space heaters. The condo was spacious and well appointed. There were two reserved parking spots in an underground garage. The location is ideal and the real plus is the spectacular view of the ocean from the balcony that we enjoyed every day. We would certainly book this condo again.

Gretchen was great at communicating what to expect for check-in, even let us know the cleaners were done early so we could check-in sooner. She also remembered we were there to take our boys surfing & gave several recommendation for nearby beaches with good waves. The place was nice with a great view.

We needed a place to stay for my son’s homecoming deployment; the condo was perfect. The condo has everything you need. I will say that it is advertised as a 3 bedroom but it’s actually 2 bedrooms with a sofa bed. I would definitely stay here again, it’s close to everything we needed.

Beautiful stay! Photos are accurate, so no surprises. Very clean condo with ample supplies. Close to state beach park and sunset views on the grass hill next door. The garage parking is a big plus.

The property was exactly as stated. A lovely walk down to Capistrano Beach. Great underground parking along with a very comfortable hot tub and pool. The owners were immediate to respond and answer our questions which was very helpful. Check in and check out were no problem. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful beach walk and great access to the beach from the house. The condo unit could use some updates in the 2nd bathroom and kitchen/dining area. The owners were great and easy to reach out.

This condo is perfect! It is welcoming and friendly and we felt right at home. The view is beautiful and the park just a few steps away is a really spot for picnics or taking in the amazing ocean sounds and views. We will definitely be back!

We loved the location! Property was well maintained, clean and in a very good and safe location. Beautiful view. And best part was close to Pendleton, so if you are a Marine family, it is a great place to stay to visit them! Can’t wait to come back and we will be definitely be hoping to book here again. Immaculately clean, wonderful hosts, and great location in a quiet, family neighborhood. The garage parking is a big bonus, and the park next door and the quick walk to the beach below is perfect for sunsets. My wife and our one year old enjoyed our stay at the property. The hike down to the beach is a bit much with a baby, bag, stroller, and all the other stuff. However, the unit itself is very nice and comfortable. I would recommend for families with children probably older than three.

This condo is such a peaceful retreat. Very quiet, private, ocean views, and steps to the ocean. Gretchen was very accommodating and responsive. The condo was fully stocked with everything we might need. Very clean, plenty of space for our family of 4 and comfortable. We loved hearing the ocean when we were relaxing at night. Wonderful place to stay.

We came out here for a wedding and to explore some parks while we were here, and we really enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood, easy walkable beach access, quick highway access, and a roomy, well-appointed space. I have zero complaints!

Very darling condo in a perfect location to access a great beach. Even with iffy weather for part of our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We were in striking distance of both San Diego and LA when we felt like finding activities, but mostly we enjoyed just walking the beach trail, sitting on the beach (beach chairs and umbrella provided!!), soaking in the hot tub and relaxing in the condo. The deck was a nice spot for breakfast in the sun or dinner in the shade or just listening to the waves. Master bed was comfy. Lots of fans and space heaters to help with climate control. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep but we also found some fantastic restaurants close by when we chose to go out. Also a grocery store just one mile away. Really, we had everything we needed for a perfect week-long escape. Easy, easy, easy access to I-5. Thanks to the fantastic owners for the fast and forthright communication, easy check-in, and everything else!!

We had a last minute change in our schedule and the owner was extremely accommodating in allowing us to come stay at this great place. Such a good place for quick access to the beach and it was our base to head down to San Diego, other beach towns and up to the LA area. We would love to stay here again!
