Close to the Anjuna Beach.
Have all the Facilities and Amenities.
The Breakfast Served is Delicious and Healthy.
They also provide facility for Scooty and Car Rental at the location itself.
Staff was very polite and helpful even at the odd Hours.
Cleanliness could have been a little better.
Overall aesthetics of the room could be improved.

Location and view
One of the Staff were very rude, found a snail in breakfast and had a fight with him. Later he denied for providing breakfast, had to arugue with all their staff, luckily we were group of 15 people and booked 7 rooms so they listened to us, if it would have been a couple or small family, they will have to suffer and accept all that trouble.
Very rude and arrogant behaviour, they don’t care about guest at all.
My room didn’t had hot water Gyser switch inside, they had to unplugged the AC from out side to start the Gyser so can’t get hot water in night when AC is on.
