Friendliness of staff, you feel welcome and at home, from the start. The property is so quiet and relaxing, big grass to play for kids, Restaurants and their staff is so welcoming, if you order a slice of cake, be sure to know, you get more than what you pay for!
For the amount I paid, I expected to have a bathroom in my room lake the other rooms, but in fact I had to cross the hallway of the house to go to my bathroom, which took away the private feeling. Luckily for us, we were alone, so it made it a bit better, but i like to dress in my room, and not in the bathroom.

It was quiet
No one cleans the rooms to remove dirty cups and wet towels. There is a communal dining room where some of the guest had their breakfast. There is no place to clean your dishes and no one of tje property took it away and changed it with clean ones. We had to ask for dry towels because due to a design issue of the showe in our room, the towels were soaking wet, but without the rooms being cleaned daily, we didn't have dry floor towels
