About this villa rental
This western Casita was built in 2014. Brand new King size mattress in 2021. Very convenient location 3 blocks from downtown. Close to restaurants, entertainment, the museum, the theatre, and shops. Tile floors and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, The unit also has a washer and dryer. This is a one bedroom with a king size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bathroom has a shower. Professionally decorated. Cute little fenced and private back yard with barbecue and seating. Located less than three blocks from entrance to Simpson Arena and very close to Rancho Rio if you need to board a horse and/or rope. Check out our sister western casita right next door (VRBO # 643288) if you are traveling with friends or family.

Casita C is very clean and the location is walkable to restaurants and shops downtown. It is exactly how it was represented. I would definitely stay here again!

This casita was the perfect home away from home for a solo re-set vacation. Lots of peaceful time in the recliner or on the patio reading. Walking distance to museum, shops and restaurants. Absolutely will stay again!
