About this villa rental
Located in Wickenburg, this lovely villa for $89 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This western Casita was built in 2014. Brand new King size mattress in 2021. Very convenient location 3 blocks from downtown. Close to restaurants, entertainment, the museum, the theatre, and shops. Tile floors and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, The unit also has a washer and dryer. This is a one bedroom with a king size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bathroom has a shower. Professionally decorated. Cute little fenced and private back yard with barbecue and seating. Located less than three blocks from entrance to Simpson Arena and very close to Rancho Rio if you need to board a horse and/or rope. Check out our sister western casita right next door (VRBO # 643288) if you are traveling with friends or family. PLEASE Note: our cleaning fees are according to length of stay to give my cleaning lady ample time to keep our standards high 1-6 nights is standard rate 7-21 nights $125 22 or more nights $150.00 per month or prorated thank you for understanding

Decor, cleanliness, convenience...exceeded all expectations! Pride of ownership shines throughout the Casita. Well stocked kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom. Nice towels, comfortable bed with extra blanket and bedspread. Extra pillows too. WiFi was great. TV was good, but missed Fox news. Above all the decor was awesome. From the furniture to the wall decor, western theme throughout. Including the cowhide rug! Looking forward to our next visit to Wickenburg.

Great place for my week-long stay. Everything was very clean. The bed is very comfortable with multiple different types of pillows to suit you. Plenty of clean towels & everything you need in the full kitchen. Washer & dryer look brand new. Two small patios for sitting outside.
Mary even sent perfect driving directions at the outset of my trip & acommodated a request for an additional night's stay.
My only complaint was the train. I didn't realize how close & loud it was as I'd never been to the area before. Even still, it wouldn’t deter me from booking here again.

We actually stayed in both of her places and both are amazing. It gives you the rustic feeling with updated decor. We had surprise guess show up and the host was amazing to deal with. We are definitely staying here again.

We stayed here for 2 months 7 yrs ago when we first moved to Wickenburg. We booked it this time for the week of Thanksgiving so the kids and grandkids could have our house. It worked out great.

I have stayed at the property multiple times. It's a very convenient place close to center of town. Place is always clean, check in is easy and communication has always been quick. Never had a single issue here. If this unit is booked check out their other unit they have right next door.

Really enjoyed staying at this property. Perfectly located to everything in Wickenberg. Perfect for a single or a couple visiting. House had a very cool Cowboy vibe going on and everything we needed was at the house. The place was nice and clean and I would most definitely stay here again when in town. This place was great. The only thing that I would hope for in the future for either myself or others staying there is in the master bedroom there is blinds but they still allow substantial amount of light to get in so I would ask for curtains. This place was great. My brother and I each rented the side by side casitas. The convenience was great. Both units were comfortable, well stocked, beautifully decorated and very very clean. Mary is a delight and it shows in her decorating touch. This has been my favorite VRBO property. I give it a 5+...
