Located in Geneva, this charming house for $144 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. We can accommodate all four seasons. We are offering a reasonable rate than others around this area. We offer wineries, Spire ,resort, cover bridges, festivals, museums and a comfortable place to stay without the hustle and bustle of the big city. After a long day in the city, why not enjoy a peaceful evening with a glass of wine near a campfire. or go out to dinner at the lake and listen to some great music. Maybe take on a round of golf, or a walk on the beach. It has two bedrooms; one full size bed and one queen size bed. In addition, there are two sleeper sofas .Downstairs entertainment foosball loop and air hockey , tv for games and Dvr Includes: • A full bath and a half bath • Large living room • Large kitchen • Florida room • Large basement with a utility room • Washer and dryer • Central air conditioning • Free Wi-Fi • Direct TV • brick patio • charcoal Grill • Fenced in yard with patio table and chairs • Fire pit We provide one night of firewood linens ,towels, pots and pans and everything you need to make it feel like home. As for entertainment, we have two flat screen TV's, one 55”Flat screen one 42 “ flat screen and a 32 flat screen TV for DVDs and games, karaoke, out-door games such as corn hole, horseshoes and games for the little ones along with board games, . We have special things for the holidays as well.

It was large enough for all of our family who came to the house to visit us. Our Collie Suzy loved the fenced backyard. The house literally felt like being at home. If we get the chance to go back to Ohio we will definately plan on staying there.

Full size house that fit my sister's family and mine! 10 people! At an amazing price! Lots of things for the kids to do. Board games, air hockey, Foosball. Fenced in back yard with patio set and fire pit! Just a short drive to the beach and the GOTL. The owners were also very kind!

Had a weekend getaway with husband and son and his gf and our dog. Property was very well equipped for our needs and our dog loved the back yard. It was close enough to the action but far enough for a peaceful night. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay. The house was perfect and is perfectly located. Our hosts were very friendly and provided a wonderful and well-stocked home. The fenced-in yard was great for our two dogs as they were able to enjoy being outside without us having any concern of them escaping. The home was cool and comfortable and we would definitely love to come back.

We needed a fenced yard to let our dogs unwind after the dog show everyday. This fit the bill. Had a couple of snafus such as no key in key box upon arrival and having to track down owners for an hour after a 6 hour drive. Thankfully, I knew from other reviews they lived nearby, which is exactly next door. Finally found the hosts and they were very nice.Also had the house alarm go off when it rained and again had to track down owner to make it stop. The wifi is written on the chalkboard inside so disregard the information on this website regarding that. Otherwise, this was a peaceful, clean, older home in a nice neighborhood with friendly hosts. Would recommend staying there. We only used half of the house but it would accommodate a large family with extra beds in basement . We appreciated the cleanliness and quietness of it all after a long day of competition. We felt safe

This home was perfect for our family of 5 while we stayed in Geneva for a volleyball tournament. The location was great - just a few minutes from Spire Institute and Renee was helpful and kind.

Renee met us when we arrived and she knew family was coming for Easter dinner the next day and she already set up the table and decorated for the gathering. The whole family was very appreciative and everything we needed was already in the house. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone to sit comfortably. The dogs enjoyed the back yard and I loved that it was fenced in so the dogs could have their own time.
We will definitely be back. It was a very homey feel.

This place worked very well for us. We stayed here for four nights while attending Zone swim meet at Spire Institute.
Definitely recommend and we would stay here again in future if we will be back in this area.

This is our second booking at this property and as before , it did not disappoint. The owner is absolutely wonderful, very accommodating, and easily reachable if necessary. We will definitely be back!

Overall we enjoyed our time at Rene's house. The house was clean and in a great area. You do have to meet with the property owner to check in. (We were not aware of that as vrbo made it seem like we would just use the code for the lock box) The location is very close to the Old Mill Winery. We took a taxi up to the strip via Sunset Taxi. We did a winery tour and they picked us up at the house.
My one suggestion would be to change the third bed's mattress in the basement, its a little hard and you can feel all the springs in it.

We had a fantastic stay. Renee was a fantastic host who was gracious enough to show us around when we first arrived to let us know all the "ins and outs" of the house. Loved having the enclosed yard for our little pup to have a run around. We hope to make it back up there soon and would have absolutely no hesisitation in booking here again. Thanks for everything!!

Property was exactly as expected, possibly nicer than photos. I was worried about the size for 11 people and 1 baby but it was plenty and their backyard is lovely for hanging out outside. Plenty of parking, long driveway and street parking. House was 10 minutes from the beach and 10 from the wineries! Renee and Bruce were great hosts. They had cute personal touches throughout and you can tell it is still very much a home that they love and care for well. They don’t live there though - they live right next door! My group had some issues making use of their personal belongings (which were stowed and not meant to be used - my group’s fault for taking liberties). I felt awful about the misunderstanding but they were kind and communicative about making sure we were able to put everything back correctly. They also always asked if we were having a good time! I really appreciate their grace with my group and thoughtfulness throughout the stay.
