Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, a large eat-in kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer, I know you'll feel comfortable and right at home. *There are steps to enter the home* The main floor: ▪️Mudroom/laundry room with full size washer and dryer ▪️Half bathroom ▪️Spacious living room with sleeper sofa, board games and smart TV ▪️Full kitchen with fully stocked coffee bar and everything you'll need to cook and dine-in, Breakfast Bar ▪️Dining room with gorgeous wood dining table and comfortable chairs The second level: ▪️Full Bathroom with shower/tub combo ▪️Bedroom #1 with queen size memory foam bed, closet, dresser and smart TV. Ensuite with walk-in shower. ▪️Bedroom #2 with queen size memory foam bed, closet, dresser and smart TV. ▪️Bedroom #3 with queen size memory foam bed, closet, dresser, desk, chair and smart TV ▪️Fully stocked linen closet We provide linens, towels, extra blankets and pillows. We also provide toiletries, dish, laundry and cleaning supplies, a stocked first aid kit and many extra items you might need or forgot to pack! This rental is complete with self-check-in, Wi-Fi, Roku TVs ALL with Hulu Live, Disney+ and ESPN+, and central AC and heating. Outside: ▪️Backyard features a deck with charcoal grill (grill utensils are provided by the host) outdoor furniture, and fire pit. ▪️Plenty of parking *Charcoal, firewood & lighting source NOT provided* Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns before booking. Guests will have access to the entire house, garage, and yard. The basement and certain closets will remain locked. Typically ranging from November-March. Access to the patio furniture may be limited during these times and are open during the warmer summer/fall months. ☀️Summer is a busy season for the Ashtabula County with most adventures, shops, and restaurants in full swing. During fall and winter seasons, some attractions and restaurants do limit their hours or close completely so please plan your adventures in advance so you may have the best experience! 🚖There is not much from Uber or Lyft in the area. All guests receive 10% off Elite Transportation services when picked up from a Vine & Vistas Geneva property. Private tours are available as well as taxi services to visit local attractions and wineries.

We were so impressed with this property. There was plenty of towels, washcloths, dishes, etc. The house was immaculate. We would definitely return next time we visit the area.

Nice place. Very large yard and deck area. For the most part, house is in good shape, a few items should be addressed. Since house is corporate owned, it lacked the hominess of other VRBO properties. We made do with kitchen elements for our Thanksgiving meal prep but could have used more upgraded utensils, etc. Kitchen space was great however. Fireplace was nice and warmed the living room well. Upstairs bedrooms could use more furniture like chairs. Climbing into the one very tall bed was challenging. Master suite was very nice but deserves a king size bed. A night light at the top of the stairs would have been helpful (we bought our own). Would probably return again if available and timing was right.

This is 15 minutes from our home. We used the as a place of comfort while our well was out of service. Ample space a quiet neighborhood made it a great place to forget about our troubles at home. Thank you do much.

The home is beautiful and roomy. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Definitely in a well-to-do area. Backyard is huge. It's not fenced in, FYI. Huge garage, which came in handy because it poured during our stay. Owners were very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!
