The Geneva Crush House is a recently remodeled century home that is in the center of the Grand River Wineries and Geneva On The Lake. This beautiful home is walking distance from Geneva’s historical downtown area where you can grab a bite to eat or enjoy a morning coffee. Additionally, the home’s location is just a 5 minute drive to over a dozen breathtaking wineries and Geneva On The Lake. A stunning exterior and the cozy, private backyard is just a preview of the luxury that waits inside. Boasting two floors, four bedrooms, two full baths, open living and entertainment space, and a cozy backyard can accommodate up to 8 guests. Pack your bags and grab family and friends for a spectacular get-a-away! As you step through the entryway and into the generously, large kitchen, you will find the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and gas stove. The cabinets are stocked with all of the dishes, pots, pans, plates, coffee maker and glassware needed to prepare a meal. Furthermore, the open floor plan to the dining area (seated for 9) and living room equipped with a Roku TV is perfect for gatherings. The home also has a three season room off of the living room for additional space to relax and enjoy family and friends. In addition to the living area, the first level is also home to a beautiful guest bedroom. This room includes a queen bedroom with an attached en-suite bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms (King, Queen, and Full) are located on the second level and share a full bathroom. A washer and Dryer are also located upstairs off of the King Bedroom. *Guests will be provided with a roll of paper towels, two extra rolls of toilet paper, a dishwasher pod, dish soap, hand soap and two packets of coffee. First Floor: Living Room with Sunroom Access, Kitchen, Queen Bedroom with En-Suite Bath. Second Floor: King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom, Full Bedroom, Laundry Room, Full Bath. *This property is monitored by a security camera located outside at the front door and side door. *Note – This property may have date restrictions that apply. The rental was absolutely beautiful and perfect for 7 of us to get together. Everything was clean and communication with Ronnie was fantastic!! Highly recommend this property and weee already talking about when we can go back!!! House really doesn’t need anything, but we would have loved a fire table out back to enjoy the patio!

This Craftsman style home is in excellent condition and immaculately clean, with tasteful decor and just the right amenities. We loved the back patio, the bright sunroom, the roomy kitchen, and comfortable beds. The home's location is two blocks off the main intersection in Geneva and convenient to grocery and convenience stores. Our party of 6 older adult friends from California, Maryland, and Ohio gathered for a delightful long weekend with perfect weather just after Labor Day when the crowds had thinned out but before too many places closed for the season. Bicycle riding, visiting wineries, and hanging out along the lake were highlights of our visit to the area. Ronnie/Jessica were wonderful, responsive hosts, and we highly recommend their beautiful place.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Very clean and well-equipped, with plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 children. We were especially pleased with the sun room in front and pretty fenced in yard! We were within 10 minutes of the beach and many fast food restaurants and a few high end restaurants at Geneva On The Lake. We had time to visit one of the many local wineries too. We were only disappointed with the town of Geneva, as many shops and restaurants were out of business.

We stayed at this property for a bachelorette party weekend and it was perfect! The house is so cute and exactly like the pictures posted! Only about a 10 minute drive to wineries or “the strip” on GOTL. I have already recommended this to other family and friends (:

The property is conveniently located to explore Geneva, Geneva-on-the-Lake, and wine country in the area. Downtown Geneva is walkable. The home has been updated and has nice open spaces for hanging out together as a family. Several "little things" could make a big difference for future family renters. Bowls and/or baskets for snacks and serving dinner, plastic cups/bowls for kids, Kleenex in each bedroom. Extra supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags (rather than being rationed). Just those little things that parents, like me, would like to have on hand rather than having to pack them or buy them at a store. Those thoughtful conveniences and extra touches are what make the difference between a nice place and a super host space (coming from a very well-traveled family).

The house was beautiful, clean, superior furnishings, perfect spots for coffee in the morning and drinks after that. Everything was perfectly decorated! The only negative thing I can say is more on me than the house. I did not read the full list of amenities and assumed there would be a blow dryer so did not pack one. I would highly recommend the Crush House and will be back!!!

The house was perfect for my family. We were there for an event at The Spire Institute and the house was conveniently close. The kitchen had everything we needed (even salt/pepper and coffee filters - which is great). Beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. Overall a great stay. Highly recommend this property and host.

Wonderful stay in perfect location for visiting wineries. Very cool and clean property. Patio was a nice bonus area to hang out. If you will have a good size group all getting ready at the same time you may want to bring some extra mirrors. Hosts were great and very responsive. Great experience.

Lovely house with a great space to sit outside. The house was equipped with everything we need to cook a good dinner.Beds were very firm and comfortable. Just remember to bring extra paper towel, toilet paper and trash bags.

The hosts provided excellent recommendations for restaurants/wineries and included the mileage from the house. Hosts were very responsive to any questions asked. The pictures represent the beautiful renovated house and the host thought of extra details to make your stay comfortable.

once a year we have a mom overnight trip. This year was a egg hunt at a local winery. This home fit perfectly for us with location and rooms. We walked in to an old home with an updated style. We all felt right at home. The owners were very attentive to any questions we had. the home worked out so perfect when a storm happened at my home in which caused the rest of my family coming to stay. our girls night ended up being a family thing. but we had a blast. we will be back

The kitchen was amazing and fully stocked. The renovation was done very well with dark wood and all the character still intact. Four bedrooms worked well with one on main floor. Beds and bedding were superb. Neighborhood is a bit older but still fine. Location can't be beat.

Nice Recently Renovated house in Downton Geneva Ohio. Easy access to multiple winery's that are in this area as well close to the Giant Eagle Grocery store. Comfortable beds, new appliances and furniture. A nice place to stay.

This house is the perfect location for any activities at Spire as it is only about 5 minutes from the facility. The kitchen is outfitted with all the items you would need. The bedrooms are so cozy & the whole house is charming! Pictures are on point! The owner was very attentive & quick to respond. It was the perfect stay & if we travel back to Spire we will most definately want to stay here again.
