About this house rental
Amazing canal front 3 bed 3 bath open concept house located in prestigious community of Summerland Key Cove. It is the first canal from open water and one of just a few flow-through canals providing excellent water quality. The canal is deep and wide. Expect to see lobsters, crabs and other sea life on your 80 ft. sea wall. You will be surrounded by million dollar homes and just a few minutes boat ride from open water in the Gulf and Atlantic.
Property is close enough to Key West to matter (20 miles) but far enough away for R&R (rest and relaxation). Being on the end of the Key, prevents the irritating noise of Hwy 1 traffic, which is rare to find.

I gotta say our host exceeded my expectations in every way, the property was immaculate. I wanted to buy it. I hope to be contacted if they have any sales aspirations and if so, I hope by chance their motivated.

Very nice spot, we really enjoyed the screened porch. The ramp helped me getting into the house versus the spiral staircase.
