Nestled in Cape Coral, this charming house for $299 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This comfy coastal decor home has been completely rehabbed with 4 bed, 3 bath and amazing lake views. Open air, heated, salt water, pool. Large screened in porch, pool is not screened, free standing hot tub. The Beautiful lakefront view, with a salt water heated pool provides for an amazing getaway. Kayaks, paddleboard, bikes, beach gear provided. We provide everything except your suitcase and toothbrush. No Dogs, No Events or Parties, No Parking in the grass or road. This is a quiet family neighborhood, no noise after 10 pm. Leave all items as you found them. Thank you.

The Cape Lake House is a beautifully appointed house on a quiet street with a soothing lake view. The house provided a very quiet and peaceful retreat to relax and enjoy our time in Cape Coral.The house has a heated pool and hot tub, with a partially covered patio that is great for enjoying the lake view while eating or enjoying a beverage at any time of the day or evening.
While we visited as a couple, it would also be very good for a family with the pool, ping pong table, kayaks and many other amenities for entertainment and fun. The house has 3 charming bedrooms and bathrooms, well-situated for quiet and privacy from each other.
We chose this house for the its charm and water view, and central location to visit a number of sights around Cape Coral, Pine Island, and Ft. Meyers. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided everything we can think of for a great experience at the house.

While many VRBO’s are beautiful, no other compares to Stu and Cathy’s properties. The owners take very good care to the details of what travelers want. There were so many options for entertainment. I really liked that they have the pool and hot tub set to a warm temperature all year round with no extra charges for electricity etc. the whole family enjoyed our stay. Quite honestly, I’d love to go just by myself to lounge and read from their library of books. My only regret is that I didn’t book longer! I will definitely seek properties listed by Stu and Cathy from now on.

This home is a gem! From its game garage to the master-bath hair dryer diffuser…it has every amenity.
We loved its cozy feel, charming decor, and beautiful landscaping. Stu could not be more accommodating, and the neighborhood ducks kept us throughly entertained. We had a ball soaking up the sun and relaxing in the pool. Thank you for a much needed week away!

Great location and who doesn’t like to walk out the back door and cast a rod to catch some fish. House is well kept, updated and very spacious. The communication with Stu was great. This was our second time staying and we will definitely be back.

Only small thing is pool was hot due to summer heat and local ducks swim in pool often (nothing owners can do but good to know)

This house provided the perfect summer retreat for our family (5 total: my wife & I, our 16 yo daughter & 18 yo son + his girlfriend). Cathy & Stu were quite possibly the best hosts we have encountered in our Vrbo journeys … kind, helpful, communicative, & highly responsive. Just great.
Gorgeous house, stocked, super comfy bedrooms, all the creature comforts of home including any kitchen gadgets we needed, board games, awesome living areas inside & out (I’ll get to the outside next) with a chill, beachy Florida vibe. We absolutely loved this place. The garage game room (ping pong & foosball tables) got good use, as did the 2 sets of washer/dryers.
Outside was even better - heated salt water pool, 2 person hot tub, plus a lot of toys (pool floats, kayaks & paddle board for the lake, etc) made us never want to leave. +Plenty of pool towels. We loved getting up early and sitting on the screened back porch, soaking in the view over the pool and out over the lake. So relaxing. When we did leave, they had all the beach gear we could want/need (towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc). We did not use the bikes, but only because we didn’t have time!
Decent local restaurants, but mostly a bit of a drive. There’s a terrific little coffee kiosk (Gourmet Latte) about a half mile from the house that we frequented often. Great local farmers market on Sat downtown Cape Coral.
Truly, this house is STOCKED and blew us away with comfort! We will hopefully be back!

This lake house was perfect for our group. It had all the things we needed and then some. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend this house especially for a large group.

We chose this property because it looked like the perfect place for our family size. From the beginning the owners were very responsive to our questions. When we arrived at the home it was perfectly cleaned and prepared for our family. I have never been to a home that is equipped as well as this rental. We loved the pool, the family caught many fish, the beds are super comfy, the kitchen is VERY a well equipped. This was an amazing week in Cape Coral.

We Absolutely loved our stay! The house was really clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We loved hanging around the pool and fishing. Stu and Cathy were very nice and responded within minutes of contacting them. It was a great place to relax and spend time with family!

We enjoyed our stay so much. This house came fully loaded with everything you need. Special touches like fishing gear, ping pong, kayaks, beach gear, beach towels, hand soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, clorox wipes, fully stocked kitchen and spices are thing you just don't find everywhere! The communication, check in and check out was SO easy and pain free. This place was VERY clean, comfortable, and homey. We enjoyed it so much. We even caught a great sized tilapia out back. Will definitely recommend to others! This home is immaculate post ian as well. The nearest beches and islands have not fully recovered and will not for years, but they need our support and you can definitely still find amazing places to go. We enjoyed Wahoo Willies on Estero Island, Blue dog restaurant at Matlacha and Phuzzys boat Shack on Pine island, if you dont mind a drive.

My friends and I just recently stayed at this house. Everything is pretty much great and as advertised. The house has a very nice decor and is very clean. All of the rooms are very spacious. The only downside is that the bunk bed bedroom gets a little hot, it is the only room without a fan and there is a little window that has no blinds so in the morning the light shines through the top bunk. The pool is amazing! The temperature of the water is nice not too hot not too cold just right! There is a great assortment of kitchen utensils/items for use during your stay! The garage is equipped with all types items for outdoor activities, that was a really nice touch. The house is located near the supermarket and many other shops. Overall this is a great place to stay I would 100% recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lake Place! Pictures and property description was spot on. Stu and Cathy do a wonderful job! Communication was prompt and helpful. Zero issues during our stay. We are just back from a week at Hancock. We were three adults and three teenagers. The house and pool are beautiful, everything you need is already in the house. The teens enjoyed kayaking and splashing about in the pool. We would definately return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids weren’t bugging us to go do stuff because there was so much to do right at the house. They went from ping pong to the pool to fishing then back again. We are already talking about going back next year.

This house is the bomb! We had so much fun. I never heard the kids say we're bored. We kayaked, fished, swam, played ping pong and just relaxed. Stu and Cathy are the best hosts. They really care about their guests. I'd recommend any of their places.

Our family spent Christmas and New Years at this property and it was a great place! The beds are very comfortable. The pool was amazing. Stu responded to every question and any issue we had very quickly. We made priceless memories here and I highly recommend this property.

This property was perfect for our family getaway. We spent a long weekend together instead of exchanging Christmas presents within our immediate family. The pool was heated perfectly to enjoy with the kids even when it was a cooler day/night. The home was well equipped and had everything as listed so all we had to do was get groceries. Everything we needed for cooking was available. The washer and dryer were great to have when traveling with children. We loved the beach chairs and wagon, Marco Beach was amazing at sunset. Stu and Cathy were available by phone for us and checked in with us prior to our check in. Thank you for sharing your beautiful properties and all your work post hurricane Ian.

Wonderfully elegant and comfortable home. We had a perfect stay at Lake House. The furniture and beds are so comfortable, the decor gives you a sense or serenity and relaxation.
We cooked at the house everyday and you didn’t need to ask for any kitchen tool as it was all there and more - two slow cookers (including recipe book) to a garlic press and knives that actually cut!
Cathy and Stu are lovely, kind and friendly hosts and answer all your questions even during hurricane Ian.
The pool (nice and warm) and outside area is outstanding, total freedom with such a wide range of furniture. Four people fished (take some non-barbed hooks with you, we couldn’t locate any in the US shops) rods, landing nets etc all provided. We saw friendly Terrance (turtle) every afternoon and an Otter in the lake.
This house is truly special and it’s a privilege to stay there.

Over 25 years of traveling with our large family, and this is our favorite rental ever!! The owners, Stu and Cathy, have literally thought of everything. From pool towels, kayaks, fishing gear, the well stocked kitchen, the upstairs board game cabinet, this home seriously has EVERYTHING!! Myself, my husband,my parents, and 4 of our young adult/ teen sons enjoyed the abundant space and activities on site. The pool was a favorite with everyone with the pingpong table a close second! The garage door screen was wonderful for letting air in and keeping bugs out during our family pingpong tournaments and something I had never seen before. Also, the TWO washers, dryers, and refrigerators were not lost on this mom of 5!! We took the kayaks out one day and took turns exploring the canals while others fished off the dock. We learned you can catch fish with slices of hotdogs :)
I absolutely loved the layout of the house. The two bedrooms downstairs are tucked away nicely and can be closed off from the main living space. The upstairs master bedrooms and loft are beautifully decorated and so inviting. My 14 yo. claimed the adorable reading nook as his own for most of the stay. I wish we could say we enjoyed the huge 80" TV but we just stayed so busy playing, we never really turned it on.
We chose this rental due to it's central location between baseball parks and beaches. We were about 20 mins. from each of the fields my son played at a well as 40ish mins. away from beaches. We usually opt to stay at properties directly on the beach. I felt like even though we had to pack up and drive to the beach, we had a good "trade off" with all this property had to offer. We also enjoyed visiting a different beach each time instead of just plopping down at the same place each day. Anyway, if you are truly looking for a home away from home, this is your place! Stu and Cathy are very welcoming and sent several messages throughout our stay to keep us informed. We could not have asked for a better stay.
