At the New Village where you can find a variety of shops, dining, and an ice skating pond. Our 5th floor unit has gorgeous views of the village and mountains while also overlooking the Amenities Deck. KITCHEN This is one of the few 1BR condos in Founders Pointe that has a FULL KITCHEN, and not a kitchenette. The Fully Furnished Kitchen (should you want to cook) features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. BEDROOM & BATHROOM The bedroom features a KING-SIZE bed. It also has a ceiling fan and a 27-inch TV. The bathroom has an over-sized bathtub. Comfort and convenience features include humidifier, iron, and hair dryer. LIVING ROOM The entertainment center comes equipped with a 36-inch LCD flat-panel TV and an XBOX ONE. The building has an amenities deck on the third floor that includes a large 40-person outdoor hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and several barbecue grills. The lobby provides access to building elevators, heated underground parking garage, and private ski lockers. For security, key cards are required for entry to the building and garage. TRANSPORTATION Winter Park Resort provides free bus transportation to town.
