Great trip and the room was nice and served it's purpose.

The ease of not having to check in with a front desk for arrival and checkout.

I wish I had known that the towels in the room were all we got, I thought it was like the other places we had stayed at in Winter Park Base Village and thought they would replace them but had to wash them and the machines only took quarters for the detergent and the some of the machines would not work and the dryer was awful. I stayed up for several hours trying to get the towels done.

More of a hassle than it was worth. Just book a hotel next time.

Our door code to get into the hot tub area did not work. Tried to contact the rental company multiple times and had long waits, got disconnected multiple times, and the issue was never resolved. The hot tub was the sole reason we booked this place. Very disappointed. Also had many issues with payments going through and never once did I get a helpful response.

All in all this was a great place to stay mainly due to it's location, parking and the hot tub.

The location is superb since it was right across the street from the main Winter Park ski area. The hot tub and parking were very convenient to the condo. The couch and bed were very comfortable and the TV was located in a great spot to watch it from both areas of the room.

The room temperature was extremely difficult to control. We couldn't get the temperature below 72 degrees unless we partially opened a window and turned on the ceiling fan and the box fan. Otherwise it was too warm to sleep. The box fan had damaged blades and was noisy and wobbly. The light over the dining table did not work making it hard to see when we were eating. There was no kitchen trash can. More utensils are needed since we only had one metal spoon to use all week. We had three bath towels which wasn't enough for two people over 5 days. The TV was very hard to figure out so some instructions would have been very helpful.

Never using Booking.com again or staying at a VACASA managed property.

The location is great. The hot tub was great when the maintenance man remembered to unlock the doors

The amount of codes needed to get in and out of all the doors was absolutely ridiculous. Whenever I had a problem either no one would respond or they couldn’t help. I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN OR STAY AT A PROPERTY MANAGED BY VACASA. I would stay here again but only book through actual property owner.
