This beautiful luxury home on the waterfront in beautiful Avila Beach awaits you. Casa Azul offers every amenity available to make your stay comfortable. Ocean views from almost every window and from the rooftop deck, Brazilian cherry hardwood floors throughout and Thermador appliances, including a 48" range.
Front bedroom has queen-size bed, ocean view, soaking tub, and separate glass-enclosed tile shower, and pedestal sink.
Primary bedroom has king-size bed, partial ocean views, fireplace, huge bathroom with soaking tub and separate glass-enclosed tile shower, two pedestal sinks, and a walk-in closet.
Third bedroom has queen-size bed, and a separate bathroom with glass-enclosed tile shower.
Sleeping nook has a double-size bed.
Picturesque inside and out.
Watch the sunset from the stunning rooftop deck as you sip some local wines. Coffee on the front deck in the morning as the sun slowly illuminates the pier and sail boats in the harbor. Sit by the fireplace in the living room and take in the breathtaking 180 degree beach and ocean views.

Casa Azul is such a gem on the most beautiful stretch of Avila beach! The ocean views from the living space are spectacular and the location makes it so easy to access the beach, food, and fun within steps of the front door. The awesome views and location aside, the home itself is clean, modern and bright, with beachy, cozy decor. We loved the beautifully updated bathrooms and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Having the upstairs roof deck with bbq was such a bonus for our group because we all love to grill and cook. We lucked out with a couple of hot days that made evenings on the rooftop super pleasant. We stayed with family members during the Cal Poly graduation and I was worried we'd seem far from the action downtown but it ended up that everyone wanted to come visit us! It is a short drive from campus but also Morro and Los Osos and other day trip locations that we visited during the week. A big thank you too to our host Allison, who helped us change our dates when we found out our son's graduation was a day later than we initially thought. She accommodated us outside of their normal booking schedule and we were very grateful! Highly recommend Casa Azul for a family!

This is our 4th stay at Casa Azul and it won't be our last. We love the house, it's location, and that it has parking underneath. Communication with Allison was seamless; when we couldn't get the fireplace to work I texted. She texted back quickly and offered suggestions but said if they didn't work to let her know and she'd send someone over. We tried again and it worked. My favorite place is the balcony overlooking the beach and the ocean. I love to sit there with a book and read while listening to the ocean. In past visits, our grandsons have come with us and they love to run on the beach, play in the sand, and make smores up on the roof. You can't go wrong staying here!

Outstanding property with amazing location and beach views. Handy to the beach and restaurants. Avila was such beautiful and calm place for a relaxing trip.
