Waterfront at its best! "Landfall" is located directly on Nantucket harbor with its own private bay beach, short walk to the ocean beach, and 50 yards from the Wauwinet Inn. The home was gut renovated in 2011 and is designer-decorated. The property boasts a large yard and offers immense privacy.
COTTAGE -Sweeping views of Nantucket harbor dominate the 20' x 30' great room with cathedral ceilings, custom millwork, top of the line appliances (wolf, subzero), 42" flat screen TV and cozy sectional. Enjoy morning coffee from the tranquility of your covered porch overlooking the beach or cocktails while watching the sun set over the harbor.
STUDIO - Brand new separate structure with own bath, outdoor shower, and covered porch. This 12x20 structure has wifi, TV and full bath with sleeping loft. Queen sized bed on ground floor with 2 twins in the loft. Perfect for teenage kids, nanny or additional couple.
SHED/OFFICE- Also brand new 8x10 structure that is separate from the cottage and studio, fully wired with wifi - perfect spot to get some work done with privacy.
Walk down to your own private sandy beach which is great for kids, swimming, collecting shells, sailing and boating. Hop on your boat (a boat mooring is available for your use - bring your boat or rent one!) to town, Coatue, or wherever the day brings. Walk across the street to a semi-private path to the Atlantic ocean. The property is also located just 3 houses south (50 yards) of the Wauwinet Inn, which boasts award-winning fine dining, a bar, and spa and tennis facilities. Our stay at this amazing Nantucket beach cottage was perfection in every way. Jon was so helpful from the very beginning of the booking all the way to helping us navigate arrival through hurricane Lee. This charming house was better than the pictures show. The location was amazing with a front row view to evening sunsets. We loved being a bit out of town-so much so we preferred having dinner at the house to watch sunsets instead of eating at a restaurant. We will 100% return and highly recommend this amazing property!

This property did not disappoint. The view is amazing. The entire experience of this property is beyond a 5-star rating. The host/owner was very responsive and extremely helpful with questions we had at the beginning of our stay. This place needs to be your next stay when visiting Nantucket.

We are well-versed in Nantucket property and you will not find anything else quite like this. The cottage is luxurious yet simple with breathtaking views from the living room, kitchen and porch. We have a toddler and a newborn and thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk down the beach path to swim and play without having to get in the car. The beach has calm shallow waters great for swimming and little ones. And lots of fun at low tide if you like looking for shells, hermit crabs and minnows. Aside from easy access to the beach this is one of the few properties with a very large and beautifully manicured yard. We had lots of fun running around when we decided to take a break from the beach. The quaint village of Sconset is just a short ride away - to use the playground or grab some provisions at the Sconset market.
