About this house rental
Located in Tom Nevers, this attractive house for $1,200 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Amazing, recently renovated property on 1.4 acres less than a mile to the beach! The perfect home for large groups, two families, one large family, or anyone else who wants to stay! The house was newly renovated. Our house is close to Tom Nevers Beach, Sconset Beach, and multiple golf courses, as well as a short drive to town, the airport, and ferry terminal. The first floor includes the kitchen, dining room, living room with 2 queen pullout sofas, sitting room with fireplace and full bathroom. There is a main floor en-suite bedroom with a king bed and a private bath. The second bedroom on the first floor has a set of bunk beds and a twin, perfect for a kids room. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The second floor includes 2 large ensuite bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a newly renovated bath with a soaker tub and shower. The 5th bedroom has a queen bed and twin pullout chair and newly renovated bathroom. The upstairs primary bedroom has access to the deck. All bedrooms have window A/C’s during the summer. Outside, there is ample room for parking, an outdoor shower, grille and a nice lawn for yard games - fenced in area for pets to roam. We recently added new outdoor furniture - tables, couches, loungers, a hot tub and a firepit! Fully stocked with all the linens and kitchen essentials you will need as well as beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and umbrella. There is also a pack and play available and a dog crate if needed. There are 4 bikes in the shed and we have access to the tennis court down the street.

This is a gem of a property and we look forward to returning when we can. Although it rained for most of our weekend there, we had a wonderful time relaxing indoors with plenty of space for all of us to catch up, watch tv, play games. Our first night we had a BBQ and enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Beds were very comfortable and the place was impeccably clean. Jamie was a pleasure to work with, clear communication and quick response time if we had a quick question.

The home was even better than the pictures! The outdoor space was amazing with a beautiful yard. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! There were also bikes, a surplus of beach towels and beach chairs that were a fantastic addition. I highly recommend renting this home!

Spacious home perfect for two families! Great location to bike to the beach, large fenced in lawn terrific for backyard games and our dog, Well stocked kitchen and large dining table created many awesome memories of great food and great times. Highly recommend this home for a fantastic getaway at our favorite island!

Our host was very thoughtful and generous. The property worked well for a family of all ages with lots of space for the kids to play outside, lots of games and beach equipment and all we needed in the house. We had a wonderful week!

I have been renting houses on Nantucket for decades and have never experienced anything like Gilligan’s Island! It is located in a great part (Tom Nevers, super close to the beach) and we were blown away by how well stocked it is! We basically had to bring nothing (house comes with bikes, yard games, tennis rackets, etc). Access to the tennis/pickle ball courts and the hot tub were a big plus. Jamie was so responsive and awesome. Overall an incredible property, perfect for a family vacation! We will never rent another house again!!

This property was perfect for our group. It was clean and the owners were very communicative. The house had everything you could have needed. It also had large spaces for big groups to hang out and eat. The location was both private and still close enough to town. We had an amazing time!

Our group of three generations stayed at Gilligan’s Island and found the home to be the perfect spot for our family vacation. The house is beautiful inside and outside, plenty of space to unwind, play, cook and relax. We walked, rode bikes, and drove to all our activities on the island, including the nearby beaches (Tom Nevers and Sconset) and slept well every night at home. We’d love to return again someday!

Great home - fully stocked
This house has essentially everything you would like in a home. Fully stocked kitchen, bikes, yard games, beach chairs/towels/umbrella, etc. it’s a decent distance to the beach if you walk but you can bike there very easily. The beaches are also amazing though as it’s very private.

Relaxing Nantucket Retreat!
We had another fantastic Nantucket vacation! The house was eqiupped with everything we needed and we absolutely loved watching the sunset each night from the second floor deck. The yard was large and well maintained and the kids enjoyed toasting s'mores by the fore pit! Thank you Jamie for a wonderful time away.

We loved our time at Gilligan's Island. The house and yard were both lovely and even a bit nicer than the pictures suggest. We didn't have many issues but Jamie was very responsive and a wonderful host. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a getaway in Tom Nevers!

I cannot recommend this property more! I arranged a girls getaway with 9 girls and everyone was amazed at how spacious the property was. We each were able to have our own space to sleep and had plenty of bathrooms to get ready. We all loved the backyard and even spent an entire afternoon hanging out on the comfy sectional couches on the porch and played some of the yard games Jaime had in his shed.
Jaime was such an amazing host and was super responsive with all of the questions I had prior to our stay. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great property with all amenities
This a large house on a large property with all amenities you might want. The house is very clean, the inside is very comfortable, and the deck and yard are very useful. The house is near a less busy beach, only a few minutes away on the provided bikes. The main town is only a few minutes away by car, and walking and biking trails are nearby. Overall a great find!

Amazing Stay in Tom Nevers
The house was beautiful, very clean and perfect for families. It was close to Tom Nevers beach and an easy drive to other beaches and town. The back yard was amazing - a nice big deck to dine and lounge on, a large yard for the kids to play and a firepit for at night. The house was fully stocked with whatever we needed - towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cornhole and even some bikes! Jamie thought of everything for this house down to the very last details and the furnishings were spacious and very comfortable. Jamie was extremely helpful and responsive and the house looked exactly as it was pictured on the website. He even had a car to rent if needed. We will happily return in the future and recommend to others! Thanks again Jamie!

Fabulous experience!!
From start to finish my expectations were exceeded!! My husband and I stayed for 33 days. Our adult daughter was with us the whole time and we had other friends and family rotate in. At one point we had 8 people and we still had a bed to spare!
We had everything we needed and more. We cooked many meals at the house and grilled multiple times and were able to easily entertain.
The beds were comfy and the towels were plush and plentiful.
The outside shower was a hit!
The beach a short bike ride away was gorgeous and peaceful.
The backyard with a huge pet fun and a fire pit made for some great nights to look up at the stars.
Jamie was always responsive and we felt incredibly welcomed into his home. I highly recommend Gilligan’s Island!!
