Situated in Oceanside, this charming house for $1,371 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Amazing vacation home sitting on the ocean! This is the UPPER LEVEL duplex. This three-story rental has one full kitchen and one wet bar with granite counters, laminate floors, decks off of the living room and master bedroom with a private balcony/ The living room, kitchen, and dining all look out the ocean. The master bedroom has its' very own private deck overlooking the ocean. There are 2 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! This property has central AC. Nothing was spared when this rental was built. Come escape to luxury on the beach! THE SPA WILL BE NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE AS OF 1/1/2024. Gorgeous views from all three levels on the ocean view side, with open sliding glass doors for fresh sea breezes. The property is very spacious with plenty of rooms, sleeping accommodations and two well stocked kitchens. Easy beach access with a short walk to sandy beaches. There is wear and tear on windows, dressers, dishwasher and refrigeration. Air conditioning was subpar during our stay with some rooms remaining toasty during sleeping hours even with fans provided to give relief.

These beach front properties are so relaxing. You feel like you are the only one on the planet. The homes are designed with maximum view of the ocean and minimal view of neighbors. Beachfront Only properties are well managed and the service that you get is hotel quality. Just pick up the phone and call with any needs. Our family does a wellness retreat each year and we are now only going to Beachfront for rentals.

Don’t try to get in early – they will charge you a good fee to enter even 2-hours earlier than the 4:00 PM check-in. Even though the house was clean and not occupied the day prior to our arrival.
There are no beach chairs available at this “beach house” – and the concierge service charges a hefty fee to rent them. We were lucky to have family in the area who could lend us some chairs. Of course, there is no beach outside the house, just rocks. You do need to walk a few blocks to get to a sandy beach. We ended up driving 10 minutes to Carlsbad Beach, much nicer than the beach in Oceanside.
Maintenance staff, which we contacted at least 5 times for various (small) issues, were prompt and helpful every time, except for the television issues (they never worked). Be aware, however, that maintenance will show up without masks and some are not vaccinated. We had to send one away.
While the views are great, they are only accessible from the 2 family rooms and the top floor (playroom, bedroom, weird room).
All bedrooms are dark with no views and very little light.
Too bad the top floor room isn’t better appointed – it would make for a lovely master suite!

There are elevators but they are locked and not accessible to guests.

Amazing stay
We stayed at this rental in July for my daughter’s 18th birthday. It was beautiful and spacious enough for all of us. We loved the amazing views, two kitchens, and accessibility to beach. One very minor problem was the TV on the first floor was not putting out any sound. Again, not a big deal because there was another TV on them second floor but for the amount of money paid you definitely expect everything to function correctly. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Planning to come back soon.

Our only issue was with the Key Concierge service- we do not recommend this at all! We preordered groceries and alcohol delivery through this service. Our alcohol delivery never arrived. I. Spoke to a rep at Key Concierge who shared the delivery was on its way and to “hang tight” as it was a big order. Nobody every arrived and key Concierge never returned my call. Very frustrating way to spend our first night on vacation.

It's a very nice property indeed. The views are unbelievable and the space is large.
There were some little hick-ups which were totally excusable. For example: We couldn't gain access to the property when we arrived because the codes to the garage and back entrance didn't work. Place didn't have any sugar so we had to make a market run. (No olive oil either and only one set of pepper & salt shakers throughout the 3 story dwelling.) Like I said, these are issues I can easily live with.
But, we did have a problem that I would classify as very important to me and my guests.
All 3 couples (including self) sleeping on the 3 King-sized beds complained of the mattresses. My mattress in particular was totally concave and I didn't get any good sleep while on this trip (which is a total shame given how nice everything else was).
The thing is that a quality mattress is replaced once every 10 years. In my opinion, given the price & luxury point, we should have had decent mattresses.
If I learn that the mattress issue has been resolved, I will definitely return to the property for a future trip, otherwise, we'll take a chance with another nice listing.

Great Ocean front getaway
Great location
House is perfect for large gatherings. All in all a great time!!! The one criticism I have is the check in time of 4 pm too late and check out time time of 10 am too early. We paid for 3 nights. U practically loose a whole day with these check in and check out times.

Excellent Location!
A bit spendy, even for Oceanside, California, but the location is outstanding.
Unless you drive a small car, don't plan on parking in the Garage (this is true of most beach rentals, btw), but we never had trouble finding a place to park on the Street or at the vacant lot on the corner.
(As people who grew up in the area, we Do Not recommend parking at the management office and walking to the rental at night . . . not all of Oceanside is picturesque nor safe. Just FYI.)
It would be nice to have a couple blankets or throws for when the evenings get a bit colder and you feel like hanging out on one oft the sofas and watching the ocean; the WiFi isn't robust, and there's no cable TV, but then we weren't there to spend a lot of time watching television.
The pier is a short walk, the view is outstanding, and we find the rental to be quiet, clean, and comfortable.
The cancellation policy is Super Strict, and the management company makes no exceptions, even in these times of Corona Virus and California shutdowns, so BEWARE before you book.

This is a one of a kind amazing and relaxing property. My family had a blast and we got to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. I could not as for a better location as you can hear the waves all night and they will put you to sleep. Kids had a blast on the beach and in the spa. Only down side was the check and check out times were very late and definitely would not be considered a days stay in my personal opinion.

Overall we had a fun time. But for the price (greater than $1100/night) and for the description ("luxury"), it was underwhelming. Some examples: * Pictures are misleading. Unless you sit 10' away from the window, your view is the hottub of the downstairs unit. * This unit's hottub and grill are in a small and very dirty balcony on the third floor overlooking the street * (Some) Dishes were dirty in the cabinet when we arrived * Microwaves (both) make noise but don't work. This was in a previous review too but was not fixed. * One light switch cause the whole second floor breaker to shut when pressed (reported to management) * Garage door was malfunction (reported to management) * Linoleum floor on second floor is old and have seen better days * Decor (furniture and curtains) are old and have seen better days * Grill is a small (two flames) and old one. Not really "luxury" * Hottub is small and old. It's ok, but let's say there's nothing luxurious about it. * BBQ tools are old and cheap * Note: this is waterfront, but not really beachfront. The waterfront is a 10' rock breaker. Not the Sandy Beach which is 300 yards north and/or south Overall, there is no lie in the ad, but this is not luxury and not worth $1150/night + taxes and fees.

The house we stayed at was so beautiful but our actual experience there was HORRIBLE, the lists go on. We rented a 3 story unit, paid the elevator fee for the weekend so my dad who had cancer and is in a wheelchair could use. The elevator only worked for about the first hour of our stay then didn’t work for the rest of the weekend. So my dad stayed downstairs the entire weekend, we only picked this property because of the elevator, had we known it would only work for the first hour of our stay we would have gone elsewhere. BOTH microwaves on the 2nd and 3rd floor didn’t work, the maintenance guy came and told us it is working until we had to give him a popcorn bag to show him that it’s not. On first night there the ENTIRE ELECTRICITY on the 3rd floor WENT OUT!!! WTH?! Not to mention the jacuzzi wasn’t even working, all the propane tanks in the house were empty and the patios on all floors were disgusting!!! The communication from the beachfront team was terrible nobody calls back or takes care of the situation, and they still charged me for the elevator fee even though I’ve talked to about every single person in the office and they’ve been telling me that we would get my money refunded, I’ve talked to Jovan about it last and he said he tell his supervisor but again no one has yet contact me. This company seems like they don’t care about your families well being in there properties. Management is horrible and unprofessional. Considering we paid so much for a triplex, we thought the house would’ve been at least maintained and not left in such bad condition while there’s a family there.

This spot is PERFECT for large families. Enough room on all the floors to spread out, gather together in the common areas, have private space time. The only caution I have is that it IS a three story home so any persons with disabilities may want to ask if the elevator used for the cleaners can be used.

Excellent for large family gatherings!!
We enjoyed our stay immensely! With four families and grandma it worked well for space, cooking, relaxing. Only the parking was a bit Inconvenient with 4 cars and only 2 spots to park in garage. Plumbing in some bathrooms loud. Gorgeous views of the ocean, loved the sliding doors. Furnishings were fabulous, well coordinated, no obvious wear and tear.
