About this condo rental

Situated in Arrowtown, this charming condo for $144 per night is a great option for your next break. Ground floor, renovated apartment in beautiful quiet street across the road from a park and 1 minute walk to supermarket. Very large space (140m2) with two living/dining areas, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Our guests are always pleasantly surprised how large and bright the space is! A scenic 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive into the historic Arrowtown town centre. Centrally located for stunning biking and walking trails along the river and in the mountains. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, Bedroom 2 a super luxurious Californian King Bed (our guests love this one!). Bedroom 3 has one set of bunks (single over queen) and a separate single - perfect for the kids or a group of friends. Fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry. Continental breakfast supplies (coffee, tea, muesli, cornflakes, coffee, milk), condiments, butter, margarine and cooking oil provided. Well appointed bathroom with hotel quality thick cotton towels. Four cosy soft bathrobes also provided. Free unlimited WIFI. 15-20 minutes drive from Queenstown. Own courtyard in garden setting with BBQ and table/chairs. We live upstairs with our two children and cat and are available for local advice and tips. Highchair available please request prior to stay (bench top attach model). Selection of children's toys and books. No portacot available but plenty of space to set one up if you bring your own. Pets ok but only if they are friendly with other animals as we have an elderly cat living on the property. Pets to go with you if leaving the property during the day. No pets allowed on the furniture. Please let us know when booking if you intend on bringing your pet. Ample onstreet parking (free). One carpark available offstreet in driveway. All bed linen and towels provided. We ask that the apartment is left basically clean and tidy when you leave (benches wiped, dishes done etc) but laundering of the linen and towels and a full clean will be done by professional cleaners on departure. Any extra cleaning above 2 hours will be on-charged to guests. We give a full refund if COVID alert levels prevent travel. We require all guests over the age of 12 to be fully vaccinated and may ask you to present your vaccine pass to be scanned. We look forward to welcoming you to wonderful Arrowtown!

Was bigger than we thought was surprised yhat one of the bedrooms had no windows which was very dark no natural light overall comfortable stay

The place was well maintained and the owners Scott and Emily Stevens are to quick to respond. It’s a hop, skip and a jump to the town centre and has a convenience store around the corner for all your daily needs, where staff are really friendly. It’s a greater place to stay if you are visiting Queenstown which is a 15 minute drive away.

We had a lovely time. The accommodation was excellent and could not be faulted. We were more than happy with every aspect of this facility and would recommend to others and hope to stay ourselves again sometime in the future. Thank you to our hosts.

Very roomy apartment, with all bedrooms bigger than expected. Was a very comfortable stay for 5 adults 2 Babies and 2 dogs. Very clean and tidy, warm and comfortable. Super easy to walk through to the village and the river. Would definitely book here again when in Arrowtown!

This is a great property and we would happily visit again. It is close to everything but far enough away from the Main Street to be nice and quiet. Having the park right accross the road and the supermarket around the corner is a bonus. The apartment had everything we needed and Scott and Emily were happy to help out at any time. A great location for a holiday!!

Our second time staying. Fantastic property and excellent location. Lovely quiet street and very close to 4 Square Supermarket which is well stocked. All facilities you need are provided including breakfast condiments. Will definitely look at booking again in the future. :)

Very well appointed, up-to-date interior with some lovely accessories. Very spacious with open plan living in kitchen/dining and separate lounge. Very private and quiet. Only a few minutes walk from a very well stocked 4 Square, accessed via a park walkway. Host greeted on arrival and covered basics, plus full details supplied in printed documentation. Great to have free wifi. Extras supplied like muesli for breaky. Happy to recommend to others and to potentially stay again in the future.
