Step outside for a walk on the 24-mile paved North Idaho Centennial Trail or ride our bikes 1 mile to City Beach and 2 miles to downtown by car. Or perhaps a stroll to the Riverstone District which has multi-theaters, shops, restaurants, or Starbucks is your mood. Don't want to leave the building? Then head downstairs to two restaurants serving delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner with river view dining! A river-front condo equipped with a king-size bed, fully stocked kitchen, patio tables and chairs, propane grill, and a laundry room. Bathroom sink separate from luxurious walk-in shower. This is the third time I have stayed at this condo. Its great for the rejuvenation and relaxation that I needed,is quiet and clean and has great views. I love the fireplace that gives the perfect ambience, plus it heats the area. The double recliner leather love seat new since I have been there last, is very comfortable.This place is perfect in most every way.

Had a great time here. Condo was spotless. View was awesome. Good location. Definitely recommend the restaurant downstairs. Several other restaurants within walking distance. Had a dedicated parking spot which was nice. Parking spot was tight but we got out Ford Expedition in there with no issues.

This is an excellent property with great views of the Spokane River. There are two great restaurants on the main floor of the condos and a great bike/walking trail.

Extremely nice location with large balcony overlooking the Spokane river just upstream from CDA lake. Condo accommodations were all top notch with fully equipped large kitchen. Bath/bedroom very clean. Very comfortable king size bed. Underground parking garage with elevator made parking very convenient. Two very good restaurants located in same building and immediately adjacent to the condo. Host Lolita stayed in contact as needed via text messages throughout the reservation process and our stay. Bottomline - Deluxe accommodations! Great Host! We will be back!!!

A beautiful location looking out across water. The Bellerive neighborhood in which the apt was located was quiet, secure, and lovely. We at breakfast just downstairs and fixed evening meal in apt. Husband felling love with the kitchen. Roomy and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone seeking a place to stay in Coeur d'Alene. Hostess friendly and detailed check in and out greatly appreciated.

This condo is beautiful with gorgeous views of the Spokane River. It was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. Owners were quick to respond to any questions. It is close to downtown and several restaurants within walking distance. There are 2 restaurants within the condo complex also. There is a walking or biking path right behind and a beautiful boardwalk along the river in front. I would recommend this condo to any couple who wants to relax and enjoy the scenery from the balcony! Looking forward to returning in the future!

We loved this place - the view of the river was excellent and loved being able to walk downstairs each morning for breakfast/coffee at Le Peep. The pretty area and it only being a short ride away from downtown made this the perfect place. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wanted to enjoy the sun and have a great view. Had friends and family out to visit during the day. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Walked on the centennial trail down to the beach within a half hour. Walked a few blocks for free concerts in the park. Went to the farmers market a few blocks away. Called the property manager once for initial entry question. She answered right away.

We came for a family reunion. The condo was perfect, beautiful view, as described and had everything we needed. You may want to provide a small cooler for the tenants to use for excursions.

This property has a beautiful location right on the Spokane River. The condo was well stocked with necessities and made an ideal home base to explore all Coeur D’Alene has to offer. Property owner answered questions in a timely manner. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with our first time trying a VRBO rental. Highly recommend this property!

Rental was clean and larger than it looked in the listing. View was spectacular as well as location. Restaurants and shops downstairs or a quick walk away. Loved how easy it was to ride bikes provided along the trail and to downtown. Bed was comfortable, owner provided great recommendations and detail before arrival. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Beautiful area, very safe, extremely clean, perfect. Bed was amazing, don’t know the thread count, but it was higher than I’ve ever slept on. BBQ dinner at the rental beat any night out. Kitchen was well equipped, China and serving ware was fabulous. Breakfast downstairs at Peeps was great. Absolutely nothing negative to say, and every aspect of this rental was off the charts perfect. Lolita and her husband made us feel welcome, and helped with any questions about the condo or area that we had.

This place deserves extra points! It was clean, quiet, well supplied…perfect. The location is ideal. The bed was very comfortable. The reclining sofa was perfect for watching NBA playoffs. Deck is awesome! We loved everything about it. Mr and Mrs Lolita were great hosts too. Walk downstairs to your choice of 2 restaurants that won’t disappoint. Highly recommend this rental

Lolita’s condo was exactly as described and very well equipped. The location was perfect and we were able to enjoy morning coffees on the balcony overlooking the river. It’s a very quiet location and building. There are good restaurants within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

We loved everything about this property. It was exceptionally quiet, the view was wonderful, and being a corner unit gave us more windows and balcony to enjoy. The location was very convenient. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we could possibly need. Lolita answered all emails quickly and was very easy to work with. Her instructions for check-in and check-out were easy to follow. We'll definitely stay there again!

The house was well kept and clean and had everything we needed. The kids were excited about the fishing. The house location would have been excellent for fishing, however, the result was less then expected, might be due to tremendous amount of recreational boating which blasted by within 500 yards from the house. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place and visit. This condo is top notch, stocked with everything we needed and so comfortable. The view and location are amazing but the host was what made this vacation the best. She left a bottle of wine in celebration of my husbands birthday. She checked in and made herself available if we had any questions. Looking forward to coming back here again!

We had a beautiful time at this property, it was just what we were looking for. Fantastic views, comfortable accommodations, wonderfully stocked kitchen that made cooking a treat, and a great restaurant downstairs. We could even watch the tree lighting fireworks from the dock. Lolita was a great host, always responding to questions quickly. We will return!

We felt like we were staying inside a Christmas card with the view of the snow covered houses and fall leaves across the river. Gorgeous view and the condo was clean and exactly as listed. Wonderful property!

We had a little trouble locating the lock box. Other than that small issue, we found the condo very clean, beautifully decorated with all the amenities we could ever want. Very comfortable king size bed. The view was spectacular! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

If you are looking for a great place to stay in the CDA area I highly recommend this location. The view from every window is spectacular looking onto the river. So many restaurants and shops within walking distance. You have to have breakfast at Le Peep! It's a local favorite, too! Downtown CDA is only 5 minutes away. The property comes with bikes: we didn't use them due to time constraints, but an added bonus. The bike trail is right outside the condo complex. Communication with the owner is great. We will be back.

This property was perfect! The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The views are outstanding! We took all the opportunities we could to sit on the balcony and soak in the scenes. The location couldn't be better with restaurants, bars, a movie theater and walking trails right out the front door. Parking was a bonus as street parking can be difficult. We will be back! We highly recommend Lolita and her condo.

Comfortable, convenient, and in a very walkable location. It's also very accessible to downtown by bicycle or super quick drive! For being in a populated area, it's extremely quiet and relaxing. Just perfect for two people to unwind! Well-stocked kitchen and high-quality towels and bedding made us feel right at home!
