Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own private bathroom with an additional half-bath on the living level and a half-bath outside for the beach goers hot tub users. Capistrano Beach is located 1/2 way between San Diego and Los Angeles just off the 5 Freeway. We are within 60 to 80 minutes drive to most 'want to see' sights in Orange County, San Diego, and Los Angeles. If driving isn't what you want to do on your vacation, within a 1-mile walk (.6 - .8 miles) there are 4 restaurants (Mexican, Italian, Sushi, and an ocean-view sports bar with delicious food and outdoor seating). Of course you will be on the beach with all the ocean activities that come with that, but there is also the Dana Point harbor nearby where you can charter a fishing boat, rent jet skis, etc. This home is a true luxury property and very RARE among beach rentals.
