Phoenix West II is a great beach front resort in Orange Beach, AL! You don't want to miss an opportunity to stay at this luxury Orange Beach rental. This over-sized condo has a King in the Master, a King in Guest bedroom 1, 2 Queens in Guest bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa with 2 twin sleeper chairs in the living room, which helps accommodate 12 guests. Flat screen TV's in all Bedrooms and in the living room. There is tile throughout the condo, solid wood cabinetry, a private bathroom per bedroom, satellite cable service, lightning fast wireless Internet, a large open design kitchen with full stainless steel appliance package, wet bar, 300 square foot balcony, state-of-the-art air conditioning and hot water systems, washer and dryer, and much more!

Great location, accurate photos and description, property is so great with really no need to leave. Easy grocery delivery, easy beach access, pool, lazy river, splash pad, cafe and bar. Fun to get ice cream and snow cones for the kids and drinks for the adults all in one place. Only negative experience was we had a maintenance man from the property use a key to enter the condo while we were sleeping at 11pm looking for something from the previous tenants. Very unsettling as we had kids there with us. Other than that, the property and stay were great!

Whether you are on second floor or 27th, the elevators were all working and we hardly ever had to wait. All pools were amazing and our toddlers loved the splash pad and lazy river. Only one roll of tp per room, one roll of paper towels and just a few trash bags. No dishwashing liquid provided. Our air conditioning unit did its job; no maintenance issues the entire week. Both of our umbrellas were stolen on Wednesday night so we didnt have our umbrellas for the last day, but we know some locals who came to our rescue. We dont require much to make us happy, we enjoyed Gods creation and the surroundings at Oasis 2709

Unobstructed beach view. Amazing amenities. This was probably the most relaxing beach vacation ever the rooms and property were amazingly nice clean. Every staff member I came in contact with was so professional and helpful and friendly. The elevators were extremely fast. It had so many things for all ages to do I even like that they had an adults only pool as well as family, indoor and outdoor pools activities for the kids, such as the waterslide the splash pad lazy river play areas. There are so many good things about this property.

The property management company was quick to respond during all communications. The building amenities were all lovely. Condo was clean and ready on time and a perfect view. No issues checking in. Unfortunately we got in late and found no dish soap or even a sponge/scrubber. One roll of TP in each bathroom and one single trash bag. I will choose a differrnt condo next time. We had friends in other condos-same building with more staple amenities. Someone did come into our condo without our knowledge or awareness we found a new trash bag on our can along with our things in the rooms were moved. We didn't notice anything missing. That was concerning the last night of our stay.
