About this house rental
Located in Breckenridge, this charming house for $699 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Come and enjoy yourself in our "no smoking" , "no vaping", home and have a true Colorado mountain experience with your family and friends. Our home is professionally cleaned, as per CDC guidelines, to make our home safe, and our guests comfortable with the cleanliness of our home. All sheets and towels are washed at the proper temperature, professionally laundered . We have been on VRBO for 19 + years. We are located in the actual town of Breckenridge, minutes from the ski runs, and the shops on Main Street., as well as all of the hiking and biking trails. Our free winter shuttle can take you there, and pick you up. BEDDING CONFIGURATION- MASTER- 1 KING , ENSUITE- plus a Queen Sleeper MASTER- 1 KING , ENSUITE- plus a Twin Sleeper MASTER- 1 KING, ENSUITE OTHER BEDROOM- 2 DOUBLE BEDS, BATHROOM RIGHT OUTSIDE OF BEDROOM BUNK ROOM- 6 TWIN BEDS, 2 TWIN TRUNDELS, (sleeps 8) ENSUITE Beautiful log beams surround the home. When relaxing in the private hot tub you can actually see the ski runs. There are three levels, including a pool table, and a state of the art kitchen for serious cooks. As you walk into our home, you will see that all the furniture smells fresh and clean. There is a magnificent 4 foot antler chandelier above the dining room table, with very high ceilings. The mountain decor adds to the warmth and comfort you will be experiencing. Each bedroom has tapestry designer quilts, pillows and shams. Log furniture, indian rugs, bear and pine cone lighting, all add to the mountain flair that everyone wants to experience. We have created a true mountain feeling with our furnishings. Our home is nestled among Pine, and Spruce trees. There is also a two car garage, as well as a private hot tub that has views of the ski runs, and two decks. Towering Pine trees surround the back decks, coupled with the scent of Evergreen in the air. After a great day of skiing, light a fire, sip your favorite glass of wine, shoot some pool, and enjoy your family and friends in front of the fireplace. As you enter our home your eyes will be drawn to the vaulted ceilings, the magnificent antler chandelier, and the state of the art kitchen. You won't even mind preparing dinner when you can cook in our fully stocked kitchen. All of the Master Suites are enormous, three have king size beds, some have additional sleepers, en suite bathrooms. All have new high end bedding. The main floor Master Bedroom has its own fireplace. Flat screen TV's are in each bedroom. There is also free unlimited long distance to anywhere within the United States, as well as WiFi. All of the appliances are very high end, including the full size washer dryer. This is a perfect place for your family retreat, or just a great vacation shared with friends. When you are ready to leave for the day, our seasonal VIP shuttle is provided to take you anywhere within Breckenridge you need to go during ski season that runs from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. They will take you anywhere within Breckenridge including all of the ski runs. We are four couples in our mid 70s who enjoy an extended week of bicycling every year. This year we stayed in this beautiful home that met all of our needs. Large bedrooms, and each has their own private bath. Beautiful kitchen, and very cozy living room that was conducive to long conversations. Located within a couple of blocks of the bike trail, which, for us was important. We didn’t have to haul our bikes, a single day. Wonderful week. Thank you.

This home was exceptional! Every single detail was fabulous! Beautiful and spotless condition. Phyllis was an amazing host. We have stayed at many VRBOs in the past and this is by far our favorite. Perfect place for our extended family of 11. Location was ideal.

Great time with in Breckenridge. House as advertised. Plenty of room for 7 adults. Bring a blue tooth/ portable speaker for music outside in hot tub area. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean. Pool table area was a big hit.

Our family vacation to Breckenridge was wonderful! The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for 13 people. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need for preparing meals, the beds were very comfortable, and plenty of space for eating at the table or kitchen bar. Having a private shuttle to bring us to the mountain and back was a real plus! Just a short ride to the slopes and back, dropping us off steps from the lift! Everything about the trip was fantastic, including the quick responses from the house manager, Matt. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Breckenridge!

Great house with plenty of room. 11 of us stayed and were very comfortable. Only a few minutes drive to Breckenridge. Matt was the local property manager and extremely responsive to anything we needed. It was a GREAT Trip!

The 3 primary bedrooms were amazing. Everyone had plenty of space and their own private rooms. The heated garage had plenty of storage to hold our ski equipment. The shuttle service was amazing! They were prompt and worked with us on pickup times and drop off points. Phyllis worked with us directly in making sure we had a wonderful vacation.

This property was a great option for our family and friends ski vacation. Spacious, clean, quiet, with a fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances and enough service ware to feed an army. Shuttle ride to mountain is ~10-15 minutes during busy times. Town of Frisco is about the same time/distance as it is to Breckenridge which is convenient during busy traffic times (early/late in day) as it is tough to get into downtown Breck. We would certainly consider this location again if we come back to Breck.

Beautiful, spacious mountain home. Our extended family fit perfectly in this home and we all enjoyed the amenities especially the gourmet kitchen and hot tub. We also used the VIP shuttle service which was prompt and easy to make reservations.

The home was very spacious and in a great location. Would definitely recommend for larger groups. We didn’t get to take advantage of the shuttle service bc our days were already planned but it is a nice perk that they offer.

This house is amazing! Perfect for a large group with many beds and an amazing kitchen. It is located perfectly. Quickly get to Breck Mountain for skiing or mix it up and go to the great town of Frisco! Wonderful spot!

This is the second time we stayed at this property. It is beautiful, spacious and clean! Has all the amenities we could want. Three en-suite Masters and the bunk room down stairs with a bathroom and microwave and sink - kids loved it! It is also conveniently located - close to town and Frisco. Phyllis is awesome and easy to work with! We will definitely stay again!

Perfect for multigenerational gathering. Property close enough to town for easy E-Bike ride. Easy car ride to River Rafting and Kayaking. Gorgeous hiking trails abound.

Great place for a family reunion
We had 8 adults and an infant in this house with room to spare. The kitchen was amazing and we cooked several dinners in the home. Hot tub came in handy after our morning hikes. Back yard was able to accommodate 4 hammocks which allowed for some individual alone time with nature. Convenient to Breckenridge and Frisco.

This home was the perfect size for our family vacation. Master bedrooms for all adult couples and the perfect sized rooms for teenage grandchildren. We had such a great week in Breckenridge staying at this home. We had 4 separate adult families staying together and everyone had great accommodations with plenty of space. We didn’t even have to use the large bunkhouse in the basement which was awesome as well! We look forward to coming back again in the future.

The little ones thoroughly enjoyed it multiple times a day and the adults relaxed in it at night.
The home was sparkling clean when we arrived and the amenities are excellent. There are at least 2 dozen place settings of dinnerware and more coffee cups than I could count. There was every type of cookware, serving piece, cutting boards, knives, etc.
We had such an awesome family vacation while staying in this home. Do not hesitate to book it for yourselves.

The owner of this property couldn’t have been more gracious or helpful in assisting us in booking this home for our annual ski trip. The house was perfect for our large family and the basement bunk/game room was a welcome getaway for the children.Beautiful setting for relaxing after a day of skiing.
