Situated in Inlet Beach, this attractive house for $441 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Grab your towel, flip flops, sunscreen and dash to the beach! Vacation begins the moment you lay eyes on this stunning three story home with its luxurious feel but peaceful setting. With over 3,000 s.f. there is room for friends and family to relax on the balcony, gather around the large island in the kitchen, or retreat to one of four bedrooms which include private bathrooms. Three of the four bedrooms boast King sized beds, there is one Queen bed, and a new addition of one twin day bed with one twin trundle bed for a max occupancy of twelve guests. This home is the perfect sanctuary for a beach holiday! Pompano Palace sits on a quiet cul-de-sac shared with only a few other homes. On the first floor there is a large entry, elevator, washer and dryer, elevator access to 2nd and 3rd floors and the first bedroom with private en-suite. The second floor includes a beautiful, modern kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances surrounded by a magnificent center island. The kitchen overlooks the living room and dining room which is perfect for the family to come together. On the third floor there is a master retreat which includes a King sized bed, wet bar, and is steps away from the balcony where you can sit and watch the sunset over the emerald shores. Additionally, the third floor is a great place for the family to gather, play a game, or read a book during the day. When you stay in Inlet Beach you are never far from the beach, or a magnificent view. At Pompano Palace you will find the beach access is just steps away at end of the street with public bathrooms, a handicap ramp and lifeguards on duty during the busy season. If you want to take a quick dip, lounge in the sun or bypass the sand, there is also a large community pool. To explore this sanctuary 30a luxury rental, take a bike ride to Rosemary Beach to enjoy the farmers market, discover the new 30Avenue shops, taste the fine local cuisine, and visit local businesses along 30A. Amazing property just a few minutes walk to beautiful 30A beach. Clean, comfortable, and with amazing views of the ocean, sunset, and sunrise. Close to the local hotspots of Rosemary and Seaside Beach shopping and restaurants or a short drive to the more tourist hotspots of Panama City Beach. Don't miss out on this home which is family friendly and has an elevator if walking up stairs is difficult.

Convenient walk to beach and we were the only ones using the neighborhood pool. Parking is tight for more than 2 vehicles and if you cook know the knives need sharpening and they have a small, medium and giant pot so a large handled pot would be helpful. We had plenty of room for our multigenerational family of 11.

First of all, the rental agency is extremely professional and attentive to any question we had. The home was well cleaned for our arrival. The home is just a minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped (we did buy needed pot holders). Great stay and great location.

From NC, four of us senior couples rented this house for 3 weeks in February to play golf and tour the sights and play golf in the panhandle for the first time. We have rented in the Orlando area the previous 4 years but decided to change our venue . Although the golf courses were very busy and difficult to obtain tee times, the area was beautiful. This house was set up perfectly for 4 couples and the elevator perfect for seniors. The only issue was parking for four vehicles. We would definitely recommend this home for a long term stay!. Paradise Properties was quick to respond as well!

Great location, a few minutes walk to the beach and short bike ride to town (walkable as well). The house was great for entertaining. We were with other families who rented other houses within walking distance to ours, and this house was definitely the best to accommodate families for dinner. Rooms were spacious with thick walls. Everyone slept peacefully and comfortably, and you could not hear other people in the house when trying to sleep. Would definitely return. Elevator was great for luggage. Everyone loved their stay here!

I highly recommend Pompano Palace. We had such a great time. The house is a short walk to the beach access, and is very comfortable. We had plenty of room for several large family dinners and then we could do a 3D puzzle at the table. The house is nicely furnished and has plenty of parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Just watch the trash pick up days the Garbage didn't run Friday morning. Excellent time!

We were only here for a couple of days so it was fine not to hear the waves or really see the ocean from the balcony's.

Really enjoyed the house. Overall it had many positives including a good working AC unit! Liked the layout of all the rooms. Really only a couple complaints, parking is inadequate for house size and the tiny washer and dryer are not adequate for the size of the home. Also, the coffee table is hanging together by a thread, it needs to be replaced immediately. Those were very minor things! Great location to the beach.

The stay we had was excellent - our house was clean, new amenities, pool was nice as well. A suggestion our vacationers mentioned was more furniture on the 3rd floor. The 4 seated high top table was nice but another one or other similar furniture would be a nice added touch. Also, more seating furniture on the 2nd floor as well. Thank you and we would stay at this location again.

We had 2 families for Spring Break. Easy access to beach and walk/bike to square. Rental team was responsive and helped when needed. Beds were comfortable and had all the cooking tools that we needed. Would recommend additional seating for patios is the only thing. Thanks for your attentiveness!

The house was clean and accommodated all of us. I would recommend the owner to get a gas grill. It’s hard grilling for 10-12 people on a charcoal grill. We like to grill and cook when at the beach. We would highly recommend this house. It was close to the beach and walking distance to Rosemary

This property is in a great location! Our family loved this vacation rental! This house has large rooms and lots of space for families to gather and hang out. More outdoor furniture would have been a great addition, but overall a great vacation rental!

Great stay
We love this location. House was clean and stocked with necessities. Currently, there is construction in the cul de sac at Pompano Pl. it was not too distracting and we had the pool to ourselves. My only complaint would be that some of the furniture in the dining and living area was a bit worn and the w/d combo is small and there’s no trash can in the laundry. Overall, great vacation! The layout of the house is good for multiple families.

Great Beach home!
This house is very pretty inside and had a lot of room! A lot of construction going around us, but not too disruptive. The only issue for us was that the internet was very weak in certain areas of the house (mainly master bedroom on the main level). All is all we are very happy with our stay and this property!

Loved the house and the location! Would stay again 100%! Check in and out was super easy and everyone was very kind to deal with! The o my 2 suggestions I would have when renting a house in this price rage would be a nice gas grill and a full size washer and dryer!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Pompano Palace. Quick walk to the beach and steps to the pool. We had the pool to ourselves the entire trip. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, etc. The house is large with plenty of space for everyone. No access to the garage but there is plenty of space in the downstairs to store pool/beach items. Wasn't an issue. We will be back!

Big house - good for a large group
We enjoyed our stay at Pampano Palace. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. The elevator was nice to use for getting heavy items (ice chests, luggage) up and down. Had a great view from the top balcony. The pool was just across the street which was nice, but you can’t see it from the house because it’s hidden behind trees and bushes. It was a good size pool, but there were lots of gnats! We did see a cleaning guy there one day though, so I think it’s maintained well.
The only issues in the house were the shower door didn’t close well in the master bathroom, and the coffee table in the living room was not stable at all. I believe both of these could be easily fixed.
As far as location, the house is just a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The closest boardwalk was a long ramp, which worked well for us because we could pull our wagon down to the beach and didn’t have to carry it down a lot of stairs. The only downside to the location was that it’s just right off the highway, which makes it pretty loud (especially at the pool), and not ideal for security purposes.
