The apartment is on the end of the Triplex building. It overlooks the heated swimming pool and has waterfront views from the living room and master bedroom. The boat dock is available for up to a 40' boat. The property is adjacent to a waterfront park with gate access from the apartment to tennis courts, basketball courts, paddle board rentals and boat ramp, very convenient for launching your watercraft. You will really enjoy relaxing poolside viewing the parade of boats or sitting on the dock watching the manatees pass by. In the evening, view the lovely sunsets waterside while enjoying an outdoor fire. Area Information This property is located at the crossroads of N. Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Juno Beach, Jupiter and just 15 minutes from downtown West Palm Beach. Five minute easy access to FL Turnpike and I-95, fifteen minutes from Palm Bch. Int'l. Airport and only a couple miles to the beautiful beaches of Singer Island and Juno Beach. We are within minutes to the Garden's Mall, many wonderful open-air shopping promenades, several terrific restaurants and golf courses, including PGA National Resort & Spa. Teri and Jim are terrific hosts and made me feel welcome and at home. The apartment has all the amenities, is beautiful inside, in good shape and comfortable. The view and ambiance can't be beat. I was here pre-Christmas and they went to alot of work decorating the house and the yard et al with lights and plentiful wreaths. Parking is easy and you are close to just about everything and anything you need. I will definitely return!

Place was clean, well stocked. Owners were fantastic and very accommodating. Great dock to fish from and watch the endless parade of boats. Hurricane Nicole arrived during my visit- house and property held up nicely. Great area- convenient to beach and restaurants.

This is a great property. We were able to bring our boat, we had no trouble with parking. The best thing is the boat launch is right next door. The hosts are available for any needs we had, and the property had everything you could ever need

This little apartment was absolutely beautiful, well furnished, and well equipped. I wanted for nothing, and Teri was very communicative. The apartment overlooks a beautiful pool with the inter coastal waterway just beyond. Beautiful morning views of the boats and big houses across the way, and well shaded so you can enjoy it in the afternoon. It’s close to beaches, parks, and restaurants, and was perfectly situated to visit family in the area. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

This was the perfect location and a great place in every way!!! We brought our boat and it really could not have been more convenient, from launching the boat to docking it, and everything in between. Storing our trailer was no problem at all and the owners couldn’t have been more accommodating. The boat launch is right next door, so simple!!! The unit was very clean. I’m probably a little picky about cleanliness and thankfully, this was a clean unit and I didn’t feel like I needed to sterilize everything. Bed was comfy and we slept great every night, better than we do at home! Plenty of fantastic places to eat close by and there is also a very nice public grocery store minutes away. We’ve love Jupiter and wish we would have found this rental sooner!!! We will definitely be back!

The condo is clean and well apportioned. The condo is in a great location, convenient to shops, entertainment and the beach. The pool is awesome and being right on the intercoastal is outstanding. Love this place and will definitely stay again.

This our third time staying at this beautiful rental unit. It was very close to family and we so enjoy watching the boats while swimming in the lovely pool right off our patio. Highly recommend- we look forward to our next visit!

The condo met our needs perfectly! The condo had everything we needed including a comfortable bed, beach towels and beach chairs. The location afforded easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. Jim and Teri were awesome to work with and very responsive when our trip required some changes due to personal reasons. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful stay here! So much so I'm hesitate to get the word out! This space met our needs perfectly. Super quiet & peaceful. Great hosts. Couldn't have asked for a better experience or location. Very comfy accommodations, clean, thoughtful amenities and available/accessible but respectful of your space hosts. We would not hesitate to stay here again... but would definitely bring our boat next time! Thanks Teri and Jim.
