About this apartment rental
This property has awesome direct Intracoastal waterway views with a boat dock, boat ramp, jet ski dock, heated pool w/ patio, bbq, & firebowl. You will really enjoy lounging poolside viewing the parade of boats or sitting on the dock watching the manatees & turtles pass by. Adjacent to a waterfront park with gate access from our property are tennis courts, basketball courts, paddle board rentals and more. The boat ramp is very convenient for launching your watercraft just a few feet from our dock.
In the evening dine alfresco waterside while viewing the amazing sunsets or enjoying an outdoor fire.

This is a desirable upscale North Palm Beach county location in a very safe neighborhood. The property is a unique triplex (3 units) with outside security cameras. Located at the crossroads of N. Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Juno Beach, Jupiter and just 10 minutes from downtown West Palm Beach.
Direct 3 miles to I-95 & FL Turnpike, 15 minutes from Palm Bch. Int'l. Airport and only a two miles to the beautiful beaches of Singer Island and Juno Beach. This property is even better than the pictures. Well equipped with everything you need. The outdoor loungers, pool, waterway scenery, and beautiful sunsets can not be beat! Conveniently located close to all kinds of dining and the baseball parks for Spring training. The hosts were very kind and quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely return!
