We realy enjoyed our stay in this quiet area of Kihei. The beach across the street, the pool at the end of the day, the BBQ for dinner and all the commodities that came with the condo.

Overall the location is very good and facilities on the complex were good too. We wish there were more towels and utensils (we're a group of 6). Being right across the beach is a big plus and proximity to Kahului was great. Overall pretty happy with the stay, would rent again!

The stay was comfortable and the property and location is ideal and accessible to most sites of interest.
The only issue of concern were the window blinds leading to the back patio or balcony, it needed some maintenance to enhanced functionality.

I rented the unit with my sister. It was perfect for us! - we are in our 60s. It was also very clean! We saw a few baby roaches in the bathroom, but it wasn't shocking since that is common in Hawaii. It has nothing to do with the unit itself and it not being clean! I just thought I should mention it. The beach is directly across from the complex. The grounds are beautifully maintained. It is relatively quiet other than the roosters that "parked" outside of our bedroom windows and woke us up at the crack of dawn...literally. If you have never been to Maui, the streets are full of chickens and roosters. That's just fyi, they are no bother other than constantly "talking". :) Back to the unit...I would highly recommend renting. Other than the furniture needing updating, especially the mattresses, and no air conditioning in the bedrooms, all was perfect and we would rent again! It is very near all that you need with the drive to Lahaina, Kaanapali, etc being about 40 mins. So, you don't need to spend the money for the high priced all inclusive resorts, just drive. Also, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KIHEI CAFFE!!! :)

We loved staying here. Walking to the beach, swimming in the pool, grilling dinner, snorkel and boogie boarding equipment, and easy access to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this rental.

Apartment and property comfortable and a good size for our group. Availability of beach chairs and umbrella was appreciated. Management company promptly attended to our request to replace a broken broom. Suggestto have more than one dish towel available.

This condo was a great location- directly across the street from a wonderful stretch of beach. Close drive time to grocery stores and Restaurants.
Simple and clean condo with lots of beach accessories on hand so you don’t have to bring or purchase your own.
Well equipped kitchen and even some pantry items (salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc).
Will definitely consider this condo again when we visit in the future!

2 bedroom and a coach can handle a family with 3 kids. The beach is across the street. 5-10 min drive to grocery and resturants. the swimming pool is nice. Overall a very nice stay!

This was a much larger space than we anticipated, and was absolutely lovely to stay in. It's right across the street to some beach access, and walking distance to a small bakery, shave ice, and tourist shop. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for our family!
We loved our stay at this property! It had all sorts of beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, cooler, etc. that made it easy to immediately hit the beach. The plumeria trees right outside the door were an beautiful touch.

Great trip to Maui!
My family and I had a great time staying in this condo. Everything is as pictured. Everything was clean. It was nice to have boogie boards, beach chairs, and a cooler for use. Great family vacation
We love the unit, it's first floor location and the location of the complex. The pool is perfect and the beach so close. This unit would have been perfect but the Queen bed was much too soft for this couple! That could be a completely subjective comment. There were other mild deficiencies that I mentioned to the property manager and they were very quick and willing to take care of things.

Great Location.
We so much enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was perfect for the many things we had planned. With a beach right across the road was a plus...it was a small but very nice beach. Having a nice pool at the facility was great. We spent lots of time in it and mostly had it to ourselves!!! The condo unit itself was lovely. It could have had one more bathroom (HA!). It was comfortable and just spacious enough. Thank you for an excellent stay on Maui.

The unit was dirty - we had to do some cleaning when we got there. It appeared the unit was not well maintained as the walls needed painting. When renting anything I would expect it to be clean and fresh but this one was just ok.

Great condo!
We loved our stay at Kihei Holiday! The location was great and the condo was a great size and very comfortable for our family of 5. It was nice having a designated parking spot and the kitchen and bathroom have been very nicely updated. Hopefully the mattresses are next on the list to be updated as those were the only downfall of the unit. Loved being right across the street from the beach and close to the pool and spa. Also very much enjoyed the ground level lanai and the chickens that hung out in the grass area in the mornings. Overall a great place and we would love to come back and stay again!

Condo review
Good location with a great beach less than 100 meters away. Quiet, small complex with a great pool, hot tub and bbq area. Condo has an excellent layout and it was very handy being on the ground floor, with a lanai and grassy area out front. Kitchen needs more glassware (including coffee mugs) utensils and dinner ware (dinner size plates and bowls specifically). We had to do a lot of handwashing of dishes.

Almost there but not quite
We were thoroughly looking forward to our first visit to Keihei Maui and checked into the AA condo and stepped back in time. The master bedroom was truely a masterpiece, perhaps the mattress had been there since the building was constructed ? It was not a queen size bed and we found the squeaking hilarious! Neither bedrooms have air conditioning. Old Fans were supplied with loud engines which made sleeping difficult as it was hot for the 10 days we were there .Being a family of four on a budget we were willing to except that this wouldn’t be the Ritz Carlton however a little attention to detail goes a long way. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen ,the bathroom has been updated , the flooring is vinyl and easy to keep clean and we liked the washer and dryer. It was also fantastic that they supplied beach equipment of an umbrella and 3 chairs and 4 boogie boards. The knives were dull, the blender didn’t work and the broom which was the only device we could clean with was also in need of replacing . If the owner was to make some minor improvements and update the master bedroom the stay would be much more comfortable and enjoyable. Maui is absolutely stunning and Keihei is a nice , central spot to explore the island.

Great value!
With this property, it was all about location! With two boys (aged 12 and 10), the pool/hot tub were used daily. A perfect beach is located just across the street - for the duration of our stay, the waves were never a factor which is what we had heard about the west side of the island. The condo itself is a little dated but very clean and had everything we needed (with the exception of a hair dryer!). I would rate this condo 4.5 out of 5 if that was an option.

Beautiful property to stay for vacation
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this home. The place was clean, equipped with all the household supplies that we needed to make it comfortable. Really appreciated having the washer and dryer as it was handy during our stay. We were at the beach every single day, so having the washer and dryer was helpful. The location was central to grocery stores, bars and the beach. I would definitely recommend this property as a stay for vacation.

This condo was great for our family. Nothing fancy but clean, updated, comfortable and in a quiet location. The property was well looked after, the pool wasn't over run with guests and we enjoyed walking across the road for a swim or to watch the sun set.

Surprisingly easy!
Woow-the first time check in was so easy-I was sent passcodes and we were able just drive up and walk right in! Great place with everything a family may need for a comfortable stay-and ocean-just across the road. Lovely, easy Hawai'i living.
