Situated in Kihei, this lovely condo for $155 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. 1 RECENTLY REMODELED AND REDECORATED!!! 2 AC UNITS...ONE JUST INSTALLED IN THE MASTER BEDROOM!!! RARE: ONE OF THE FEW UNITS WITH AC UNITS IN BEDROOM AND LIVING AREA .Remodeled 820 Sq feet 2 bedroom/2 bath condo for the price of a one bedroom! "Stunning view," "loved the close proximity to the beach," "great place for kids," "reasonable rates," and "remodeled tastefully" is typical of what past renters have said about our recently remodeled condo. ALOHA! WELCOME TO MAUI VISTA - TRULY A BEACH AND GOLF LOVER'S PARADISE!!! Pride of Ownership resonates throughout the condo. The condo was recently remodeled and updated throughout 2013 and 2014. All new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, tiled flooring, new carpet in both bedrooms, new master bathroom, new ceiling fans in every room, couch, chair, barstools and artwork(hope you like sea turtles!) Even the toilets are brand new! And just recently we installed a second Air Conditioning unit in the back bedroom. There is now AC in both the master bedroom and living area. This is great for those hot summer months! Not many units have 2 AC units. It is much easier to tell you what isn't new. That is simply the bedroom furniture and upstairs shower. Those will be 2016's project though they function and look well. ANOTHER IMPORTANT FACT ABOUT CONDO... We take presenting a clean condo to our guests very seriously and on top of cleanings after every guest the condo receives a 'DEEP CLEAN" once a quarter! A practice that we have implemented this year. We also take pride in making sure the condo is stocked with fresh linens. So no matter what... bath towels, sheets, linens and beach towels are replaced AUTOMATICALLY every 12 months. Now about our rates....Hands down we offer a great value. Please check around and you will see our rates our less than 20%-40% than most other 2 bedroom condos in Kihei. No price gouging here! NOW ABOUT MAUI VISTA AND OUR VIEW! Situated on well-groomed grounds, our unit is in the building closest to all the beaches and is a stroll away from the famous Charley Young and Kamaloe Beach I. Kamaole Beach II and III are just two blocks away. These white sanded beaches are great for first-time snorkelers, those who just want to lay out or better yet, those who just want to enjoy a nice cocktail while watching the sunset. The fact that all Kamaloe Beaches have lifeguard and restroom facilities make them a very family friendly. Five other beaches (Keawakapu, Ulau, Wailea, Polo and Makena) are just a five-minute drive away! Plus, Maui Vista is only 2 blocks away from a very popular surf park which is great for beginners. There are many surf schools and surf board/paddle board rental shops located across the street from the surf park. Maui Vista offers three pools, six champion tennis courts, barbeque grills, elevators and even an Expedia-Fun on site activities desk that can help you arrange all your activities during your stay. This condominium and complex is extremely well-maintained. Our condominium offers all the comforts of home: Family room, full kitchen, dining area, Air Conditioning, Cable TV., washer/dryer in the unit and linens. Even beach chairs and beach towels are provided. It is a no smoking/no pet condominium. Our condominium is located in building 1 the most desired building as hands down building 1 offers the best views of the ocean. I have been told by guests that other than "beach front" our view from the condo couldn't get any better. Also being the closest building to the beach means ones walk to the beach is less than a minute once off the elevator which makes it really EASY when having to haul beach chairs, coolers etc to the beach. You will never miss out on walking down to Charley Young beach to see a sunset because of too far a walk! Can't say this about building 3 which is located much farther from the beach! Many repeat renters come back to stay at the condo because they love the view, proximity to the beach and the affordable rates. Maui Vista is within walking distance to grocery stores, shops and all types of restaurants. Wailiea's world-class resorts and six championship golf courses are within four miles. It was my families first time visiting Maui and we picked this condo due to the proximity to the water, the space for our family of 4, and for the affordability. The condo is in a great location, easy to find and close to shops and restaurants. Our kids enjoyed having their own loft area, and the bedroom for us parents was perfect. We walked down to the beach multiple times during our stay, loved having laundry handy and sat on the lanai every evening. During the Lahaina fire, both our property manager and the owner made sure we were okay and safe, it meant a lot! We would definitely book this place again! Thank you so much!

The location of this top floor unit is across the street from Charley Young beach and close to amenities such as Foodland, shopping and restaurants. Our kids loved the loft area with the twin beds because they had their own space as well as their own bathroom. It was really warm during our stay so having 2 a/c units was great. Kathy was always quick and helpful with any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful day.

First of all, I want to Thank whoever left the aloe Vera gel! We had sunscreen but still got burnt in so many places! The condo was great! It was everything they said it was. Our view was the best in the place. We had other family members staying in other condos, not the view we had. The king size bed was awesome for us. We bought pillows, but they had plenty. Now they have more. The AC in the bedroom was Amazing and much needed. There are ceiling fans in all the areas which was great. Having 2 full bathrooms, was wonderful too. The laundry really helped out with going to the beach often and using lots of towels. We also used the chairs and umbrella everyday. Tha location was perfect. Walking distance to beach, food, shops, park. We still rented a car to travel throughput the island. The TV Spectrum would not work at first, but we figured it out, so dont give up. You can also stream your favorite apps. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Fully stocked kitchen and appliances. Had everything we needed. While the welcome sheet reads the host doesn’t provide beach gear, prior guests left chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and water toys. The bathroom downstairs has a tub. The master had space for our travel crib. The stairs led to a loft, which we thought was a second bedroom, so instead the kids took the master and we the parents took the twin beds. The extra bathroom was great. We did have to bring in our own toilet paper and laundry detergent, but otherwise everything else was provided. Pool was great. Bbq was great. Charlie young beach was great. Highly recommend.

We love staying at the Maui Vista condos. Here we are close to everything. Beach is a close 5 minute walk from door to sand. Many amenities at this condo. I highly recommend this place.

The view and distance to the beach were amazing - down the street from a cute little market as well as a great breakfast spot. The evening you can walk to a local pub or take a stroll by the water. And you can see the small but well kept pool from the balcony - great if you have kids. The apartment could you a few updates as it’s showing it’s age but other than that it was the perfect place to stay for our 10 days in Maui.

Our first time in Hawaii, Maui was amazing with our stay at this property. Conveniently located and close to a lot of different restaurants, bars and beaches. The condo had everything we needed when it came to essentials and beach items. The AC was great. We didn’t use the kitchen too much but it was fully stocked with supplies. Walking distance to beaches and convenience stores. We loved our stay here and we will never forget our trip!

My family had a wonderful time during our stay at this lovely condo. The location was convenient to get to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The coolers, beach chairs and umbrella were so nice to be able to use while we were there. The bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a home base during our vacation.

Great Location
My family loved it here. It was the perfect location- close to beach rental place, Food Land and ABC store for groceries or yummy food to go. AND across the street from one of the most beautiful beaches not a lot of people know about, Charley Young Beach. We rented a car to explore island but don’t need it otherwise. The place was clean enough and comfortable. Loved having two bathrooms. Teens loved privacy upstairs. Preteen was comfortable on couch. I would totally book again and am recommending to friends.

We had a great time staying here for a few days. It was right across the street from the beach so we enjoyed heading their easily for some sun. Also recommend Kihei Cafe for breakfasts. We walked there every day. One thing to note. This property is right above a heavily trafficked road. So you will get a lot of road noise in the living room and upper loft bedroom. Additionally the master bedroom is located right against the main guest corridor / elevator. So we got a lot of noise from other guests while trying to sleep.

We did call the property management company “AA Oceanfront” next morning to ask about a welcome package but they said it’s just a brochure. We asked them to come see our lighting in master bedroom as no lights came on. They did come and fixed the fan light overhead but said they couldn’t get bedside light to work and how important was that to us as they could try and replace it. We let that go. Then we couldn’t get TV to work and there were no instructions to help us with that so we didn’t have a TV for the 9 days we rented. Lastly we used the oven one night but it would turn off after 5 minutes with a F2 warning code, so we stopped using the oven. We decided we didn’t want to waste our vacation on calling the property manager each time but our family rented in another unit in Maui Vista and had a personalized welcome package, full instructions binder on all equipment and personal recommendations for eating and entertainment. These were sorely missed in our unit.

I can’t overstate how fantastic this condo is. It was ideal for our family of 3. It was clean and welcoming with a well-stocked beautifully renovated kitchen, comfortable furniture and all the beach gear we needed. What makes it so incredible is the location - so close to shops and restaurants, minutes away from the beautiful Charley Young beach and the view from the patio is breathtaking - no picture can do it justice. We could watch whales breaching while enjoying a glass of wine on the lanai.
