About this house rental
Situated in Caseville, this attractive house for $258 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Spend a week relaxing on the shores of Saginaw Bay, Lake Huron. Our fully furnished home is located on Beadle Island within the City limits of Caseville. The front of the cottage faces west and offers spectacular sunsets. You can sit on the deck and watch the boats go in and out of the harbor along the Caseville break wall. The sandy beach area provides a place for sunbathing, a game of Bocce ball, Frisbee or whatever outside games you bring along for your week of fun. Shallow water along the shoreline provides an excellent area for kids to play. You are welcome to bring your kayaks or canoes to paddle in the lake or up the river to the downtown harbor. Fishing is available nearby from the city access area just off the break wall parking lot. You can walk or bike to the downtown area in minutes to spend some time checking out the unique shops or have lunch at one of the local restaurants. You can also buy some food from the local stores and grill outside on the provided gas grill. If you want to venture away from the shore, there are several golf courses nearby as well as miniature golf for family fun, or you can visit one of the state’s premier Farmer's Market each Saturday in Port Austin located about 20 miles north of Caseville along M-25. Our home is a perfect place to create some special memories with your family and friends. We are located on a private beach for the homeowners along the shoreline. A clean sandy beach and sandy bottom lake are right out the door. Our home includes two-bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and provides sleeping space for up to 8 people. This includes two double beds in the one bedroom, a queen sized bed in the other bedroom and a sofa sleeper and futon in the downstairs living room. WiFi is available for use. Contact us about paying by check to save credit card fees. During the Summer months we rent from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in after 4 p.m. and before 10 a.m. on check-out day. Off months minimum 3 nights stay. Maximum 3 vehicles in the driveway. Do not park on the neighbors property. Marihuana use is prohibited inside and out. SEND AN EMAIL FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

House was nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Towels were good quality. Beach was beautiful.

Perfect place for our short and peaceful getaway. Would definitely like to return for a longer stay. The cottage is very nice, clean and the grounds are meticulously kept. I can't say enough about the hosts as well, extremely pleasant and helpful. You can tell they take great pride in providing families with a memorable vacation all the necessities for a great time!

Had a wonderful week celebrating my 77th. Bday. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Super clean, all the amenities, beautiful sunsets and great hosts. Five+ stars all the way. Highly recommend!

Weekend getaway
We had a great relaxing fun weekend. The property is meticulously maintained and full of extras incase you forgot shampoo etc. The views of the water and pier are perfect. Planning on returning soon

Fantastic location - super clean!
What a great week we had! The cool weather may have impacted some of our plans, but the location of the outdoor deck provided a block from the wind in the beautiful sunshine.
Firewood and kindling were provided. Plenty of room to stretch out. However, the most important thing was the house was SO CLEAN! This was by far the cleanest house we have ever rented. 10 stars for that!

Perfect beach location right on the water. The weather was not cooperative so we didn't get in the water, but our 3 year old loved digging in the sand. Great accommodations, quiet area. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Simply Beautiful!
The home was perfect for our stay, very clean, well cared for and spacious, with an amazing view of the lake. The sandy beach is beautiful and the water was sandy/shallow enough for our grandson to play while the older ones enjoyed kayaking. The owners are truly amazing, we cannot say enough about them, they thought of everything from a fully stocked home to the outside area. We are looking forward to our return next year!

Great Stay!
The property was just as beautiful in person as in pictures! The space was extremely clean and the beach was great. The weather was too cold for us to get in the water but the bottom was sandy and shallow - great for little ones! The only downside was that the houses are extremely close to each other and the one neighbor's house was getting major renovations done so we woke up to saw and hammer sounds each day at 7am. But if it wasn't for that, it would have been a perfect stay!

Beautiful sunset views and great location on the water!
House is cute, comfortable and clean with a dining room full of windows to view the expansive beach area and activities on the lake. Kids had a blast and it was easy keeping an eye on them as the sand bar stretches very far out. Our three generation family lived the beachcomber lifestyle for a relaxing, laid back week complete with frame worthy pictures of the brilliant beautiful sunset on the water. The lights on the pier nearby also add to the picturesque view at night and bonfires were enjoyable under the starry sky. The landlord was pleasant and great to deal with. Thank you for a wonderful stay :o)

Great place!
Looked like the house was in Better Homes and Garden. Well thought out needs for vacationers. Had more supplies than what I expected. Nice maintained beach. We are definitely going back next year. Great people to rent from.
Would have been nice if the TVs were a little bigger for the rainy days. Nice and close to downtown area.

Everything was perfect ! The home was wonderful, updated, and above all, very well maintained ! What a perfect beach with clean soft sand, and crystal clear water. Some of the best sunsets we have seen--anywhere, and nothing can top the late night sky. The sky had more stars visible than we new existed. A perfect week ! Thanks to the owners !!!!

Beautiful cozy beachfront home!!
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! The pictures do not do this home justice. The view is amazing, the beach and water are even better! The house is so roomy and beautifully decorated. Neighbors were very nice and helpful also! A few of us girls decided we may come back and do family vacations here with the kids. It is perfect!

This is a terrific place to rent!
It was a great week at a cute and comfortable location. The beach is well maintained and the water in Saginaw Bay is always nice. Watching the boats go in and out of the marina is an extra treat.

Family vacation
Took a Sunday to Sunday vacation with the whole family. We loved the beach house and its close proximity to the water. The beach is a bit woody from the marches, but the water temperature is great, the bottom is sandy and you can walk out to the many sandbars. My 2 year old granddaughter loved it. Great for playing Frisbee or football in the water. The house was very well kept and so easy to cook and be inside and outside. Sunsets were amazing.

Loved the beautiful sandy beach!
We have stayed at several beach front properties along Lake Huron. My family agrees this is one of our favorites! The beach view and sunsets are stunning. The beach itself is sandy and well taken care of. No rocks! Didn't even need water shoes to swim. Had fun collecting driftwood. There's a great view of the pier and we enjoyed watching the boats come and go. My favorite room in the house is the master bedroom. At night you can hear the waves and see the stars and moon from the very comfortable bed. The whole cottage is decorated very nicely with attention to detail. If you'd like, you can walk right into town.Everyone in the neighborhood is very friendly. I don't think one person walked or drove past without a wave. Thanks for sharing your cottage with us for the week.
