We came in with a group of 10 for a long weekend. This place was perfect. Great location on N. Sheffield, the place itself was beautiful, very clean and true to the photos. When I did have a question the owner was very responsive, got back to me immediately. Highly recommend.

We were a group of 8 40+ yr old females. We all found the house very very clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time downtown so didn’t get a chance to explore the neighborhood too much, though we felt very safe at all times. I would recommend this property to all.

This house is wonderfully located next to parks, transportation, and restaurants. Plus, it has plenty of room to sprawl. The pool table is a little tight in it's area, but we made it work. With foosball and an oversized connect4, we had plenty to do when we were at the house. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to cook meals for 7 people. The owners were quick to respond to questions, which always makes it easier. They also left us chocolates and a bottle of wine! ❤️ The only tiny "con" was how squeaky the floors are in the upstairs hallway. It makes it hard to quietly sneak by rooms where others are sleeping if you're going to bed late or need to use the restroom. That was a very minor inconvenience for us, but it might be pertinent to those with infants or young children. We would definitely stay in this house again!

Stayed here with family and friends. We enjoyed every second in this home. Very clean and spacious for my group. The host was also quickly responsive if we had any questions. Highly recommend booking this place, the pictures do not fully show how wonderful it is. Will absolutely book again if I am ever in the Chicago area.
