Situated in Briarcliffe Acres, this lovely condo for $248 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to G-1 located on the 1st floor in the North Tower in Ocean Creek Resort. Ocean Creek is a 57 acre, oceanfront, gated resort with 24 hour security. Our first floor condo, (technically 2nd floor as we have a ground level lobby) is convenient to the beach, upper parking deck and pool . Our condo is freshly painted and newly refurbished. Our living room has a sleeper sofa, new chair, area rug and new wall mounted TV. Our kitchen has new (2023) white, shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, and subway tile backsplash.....new pics coming December! We have a smooth surface range and new stainless fridge. Kitchen has all your dinnerware, cookware, and bakeware needs. Our condo has new ceramic tile throughout all living areas and new LVT flooring in the bedrooms. Living room/dining area, kitchen as well as both bedrooms are oceanfront. The oceanfront master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and sliding glass doors to the small private balcony. The en suite full bath has new (2022) tub/shower combo with tiled tub surround and new double vanity sink with quartz top, new lighting and new mirrors. We have a walk-in closet off the powder room. The guest bedroom has a new queen bed (2021), TV, and a full en suite bath. The guest bath has a new vanity (2022), new lighting and new mirror and new tiled walk in shower. We have a front load washer/dryer-2017. Our condo has been professionally decorated with upscale furnishings and custom drapes. All of our sliding glass doors are new and easy to open and close. G-1 overlooks the North Tower pool, ocean, and Beach Club. Guests will love relaxing on our extra large balcony with high top table and 2 chairs + a large standard height table and 4 chairs. Our balcony has solid panels vs open railings. Perfect for guests with small children. We strive to keep our condo exceptionally clean and well maintained. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Free Wi-Fi and plenty of free parking. *Rates include linens.* ~You will receive a check-in instruction packet via US MAIL 2-3 weeks prior to your date of arrival. The G1 condo in Ocean Creek North was perfect and exactly as advertised! It was very clean with great sheets and fluffy towels.The first floor condo was a pleasant surprise- quiet and so convenient for coming and going. Cheryl was easily accessible for any questions. I strongly recommend this condo and Paradise Found which is Cheryl’s company’

We had an amazing time. The property was clean and neat. Anything you could ask for was at your fingertips. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have an enclosed balcony for my granddaughter to play on. The coffee maker is great! You can make an entire pot or just one cup!

Just spent two weeks at this property, and it was exactly as advertised and more. Cheryl has thought of everything to make this condo feel like a home away from home. The location is unbeatable, the security of the gated community is comforting, and the view of the beach is stunning. Cheryl was also extremely gracious in all of our communication with her. This would be my first choice of a place to stay when we return!

We have stayed in this unit 4 times. It’s a 2 bedroom but we even stay when it’s only 2 of us because we love it so much. Every detail is taken care of. We have stayed at another unit once and after staying in G1 have never stayed anywhere else. The view is beautiful. You have everything you need. The manager Cheryl is on top of things. We feel confident everything will go great and it always does. The door is right by the elevator. Close to the cabana bar. There was even fireworks on the beach on Friday and Saturday nights. Just beautiful!

The condo was very nice and clean. It had everything you’d need… silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. The balcony was very large and had a great view of the ocean. It’s located right above a parking area so it was a little loud outside at times, but it was Labor Day weekend so keep that in mind. The property was beautiful and secure. I especially loved the beach area. There were many pool of water that were perfect for our 7 year old to play in.

A very nicely appointed condo with amazing views. This property has so much to enjoy. The lagoon was our kids favorite spot to find little crabs and fish. Fireworks were happening each night on the beach. The pool was lovely. Going for walks on the grounds is also a joy. We really liked this place!

If you are at all concert about Covid, this is a perfect place to stay! The check-in process is no-contact. It is a shirt flight of stairs to the condo so that you can avoid being in an elevator. You ate so close to the pool and beach, that you barely pass anyone (there were times that we had the pool entirely to ourselves, or our walk to the beach had no one else on it). The beach wasn't crowded. The condo itself was clean, the perfect size for our family of 4, easy to prepare our own meals with plenty of space to hang out while we were socially distancing. We had a perfect vacation and I highly recommend this condo and host.

One of the best values we have found at Myrtle beach. 1st floor unit so no elevator necessary (COVID-19). Large balcony that could accommodate our entire group of 4 for meals, relaxing. Condo is clean and appliances work. Would love to return.

Very clean, updated condo. Comes with helpful amenities like linens, tp and paper towels… a nice addition, and nice not having to pack all those sheets and towels. Large balcony with sliding glass doors. If you've never stayed in Ocean Creek- it has security, plenty of parking, lots of ducks and turtles for the little ones to look at. Multiple pools, swing set, and lots of places to take toddlers to roam. The bedrooms have large closets and more-than-usual drawers to put your clothes. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at property 266867 was very relaxing and we love the views ar that particular location. All went great as we thought it should. Absolutely do it again. We actually had reservations at property 53783 which was cancelled two weeks before our arrival. We were told that there was a plumbing issue and the work had to go through her condo’s ceiling. She said she would be penalized for canceling and asked if I would do so. I told her I would not be comfortable doing so. So I immediately had to start looking for another condo . To our surprise we rented the condo next to this one. There were families staying there the full time we should have been there. I am mad that we had to hustle to find another condo and believe it was quite unethical to do this to any customer. Leslie Thomas cannot be trusted. It took two more weeks to get my refund. Of course, we would not rent from her again.

This condo was just perfect! Very clean, cute, and cozy. My family included me, my husband, our 3 boys- ages 10, 5, and 3, and my father. We had a great time! Loved the first floor access, the view, and being so close to the pool as well as the view of the pool from our balcony. Location was also super convenient.
