Nestled in Park City, this attractive house for $1,143 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Designer-furnished, new bathrooms and smart televisions throughout the 7000 sq ft luxury residence.. A mountain escape, named 'Bear Run Lodge"…reminescent of a ski lodge retreat, with reclaimed lumber, timber beams and more to create an authentic ski lodge vibe. Recently furnished and styled by top U.S. interior design group, features an entertainers’ dream house, with an expansive gourmet kitchen; featuring an additional bar area for several more guests, featuring an indoor grill, as well; then just a moment down the hall, a billiards’ room, with a formal service bar, which happens to also be just off the family room and the formal living room – and best of all: these entertainment options are all on one level. With two roaring fireplaces and views of Deer Valley mountain scape, it is perfect for those who like to celebrate family and friends in high-style fashion. A curated art collection is an added bonus to this entertainer's home. In the family room, there are plenty of games for peeps of all ages, from youth to adult and this residence never has a dull moment, unless you want one. Unlike any other Deer Valley residence, all the entertaining and friends and family have one level of nearly 2500 square feet to have fun together or hop over to different areas, if so desired. The floors all feature radiant heat, so even on the most snowy, most cold days, you’ll only feel warm and welcome, after a day of skiing or exploring. Take the stairs, which are reclaimed wood or use the elevator, which takes you from the walk-in level, where the guest suites are located, to the main entertaining level and up to the massive master suite. The expansive master suite is on the upper level, with a back viewing deck to privacy and untouched mountains and deer life; the additional four bedrooms on the lower level, all with great space, great light and privacy. Each bedroom, features a king-sized, well-appointed, luxury bed, linens, large Smart televisions and each has its own private luxury en suite bathroom, which is a major value in a ski house --- with the exception of the bunk room, which features a full bed and twin bed bunk set suited for children. Each bedroom feels quite private and welcoming. Plenty of storage in closets and built-in custom drawers in king bedroom suites and a fun, kiddo storage for the bunk room. The Deer Valley slopes are less than three minutes from the residence. The St. Regis, for breakfast, lunch, apres ski or fine dining, is also less than five minutes, both offer valet parking. Famous Old Towne is less than 5 minutes ride. Park City, for snowboarders, is a smooth 10 minutes drive. For those needing a hot tub kind of relief, the hot tub is just outside the bunk room, and accessed through the bunk room sliders. It is brand new; private and just waiting to warm those taut ski muscles. Master - Supersized King bedroom suite with fireplace, sitting room, expansive bathroom with tub, dual showers with head and body jets, two walk in Cedar closets, deck with mountain views. His and hers closets, lined with cedar to protect your finest cashmere and wool sweaters. Four bedrooms on first floor. Bed # 2 -- King - en suite full bath Bed # 3 - - King -en suite full bath Bed # 4 - - King -en suite full bath Bedroom # 5 - Bunk room with a full and a single bed bunk and another single Main floor offers 2500 SF of living area, with the feature of a major sunken living room, with seating for 20, again, all new furnishings and a Citizen Kane-like roaring fire, with wood stacked right there, Amazing views throughout dining, living room, family room, kitchen, and patio. Not to mention, a Yamaha Baby Grand piano, which has a player piano option - surprise your guests with the piano playing upon their arrival. Dining table with stylish seating for 10; secondary table across the way, for cards or games with seating for 6, breakfast bar with 4 seats, additional kitchen island with 5 seats. Patio right off dining room, for views during the day and just relaxing, with seating for 10. Gourmet quality chef's kitchen. Sub Zero Fridge, Viking stove, large indoor grill, all surrounded by generous exotic granite countertops with a fully stocked kitchen. Secondary wet bar island with the Viking grill and wine refrigerator. Family room with fireplace, sectional, TV, game room with a pool table and full-service bar, including ice machine. Elevator option with access to all three floors. (Master bedroom has space for additional sleeping area, on the sofa, for a youth or infant and there is plenty of room for us to add a single rollaway bed, if needed).

Second visit. Summer was fun as the Deer Valley concerts are in full gear and just minutes away. This one was a winter last-minute with spring ski on the mind. Different group of couples and wow , powder, powder. Hosts are great if you have needs or questions; luxury games are everywhere; it is a game-reset week. If you are looking for privacy yet plenty of room to celebrate! We will be back

The property is very nice but has lots of issues. Downstairs has 4 bedrooms 3 baths. only 1 bathroom had hot water and the entire floor was cold. Be careful with the door handles they will come off in your hand. We had to go get cleaning supplies from the store to clean a little better. We enjoyed the house other than the little convenances.

This home is incredible. Everything about this property is top-notch with too many positives to share.
The floor plan was made for a crowd with the kitchen/living area a highlight.
Our family of eight was able to pick our favorite spots for reading, watching tv, playing cards, or just staring at the beautiful mountains outside.
The house is enormous with lots of windows that bring the beauty of the outside in. There are several shared living spaces to curl up so we had plenty of room to spread out but still be in close proximity for conversation.
Most of all, we loved the roaring fireplace in the great room with more than enough lounging space for our large group. Although not in any pictures, a special honorable mention goes to the supremely cozy “chill sack chairs.” They were the perfect spot to relax after a day of skiing or hiking.
I've not stayed in a more well-equipped rental property. The house has ABSOLUTELY everything needed and in ample supply.
All the extras I typically buy when checking into a vacation home are provided -- paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, dish soap, coffee filters, Saran Wrap, baggies, spices, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper, and firewood. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for a large group.
There were also ample towels, blankets, and sheets.
The owners know how to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They have thought of everything.
I’m a freak about cleanliness and it more than passed my white-glove test. The place was immaculate.
All bedrooms are spacious and private with ensuite baths. You must see the master suite to believe it. Pictures do not do it justice.
Bobby and Beth Ann are terrific hosts.
They are easy to contact, respond quickly, and very helpful in answering questions.
Between the hosts, the house, the location, and the cozy interiors, this is overall one of the best places I’ve stayed. I couldn't recommend this anymore!

We absolutely loved this house!! It had everything we needed. The location is great and close to everything. The house was large enough for everyone to have space. The owner was wonderful and was quick to aid when we had a small problem.

Just spent a fabulous time in Deer Valley! This home was beautiful and spacious! It’s extremely clean and beautifully decorated. There is tons of room for multiple people/families. The kitchen/living area were AMAZING! Our kids (and us parents) loved the oversized lounge furnishings in the family/living room. It is less than 5 minutes to Deer Valley. Our kids, ages 11 and 17 had the best vacation ever!

This home exceeded my expectations! It is actually more beautiful in person and was fabulously decorated. We hosted a small private wedding for 11 people at the home for my daughter and it was a dreamy space for our event and our guests to enjoy the week. The location is central to everything in Deer Valley and Park City but just far enough to feel relaxed and enjoy the Mountain Life style. The views are amazing from every room in the home. It has radiant heat and was warm and cozy for a large home in winter. Home is super clean and well stocked. So many cool design elements to delight even the pickiest renter. Owners were super responsive and friendly. We had a couple light bulbs burn out in main area and owner came within the hour to replace. All bedrooms are spacious and private. We were traveling with two families with adult children and had ample space. It was nice to have all common areas on main floor which gave us space to spread out but be together. Pool table and bar area were fun and included lots of games for all ages to enjoy. Too many positives to share!! We will definitely be back to enjoy this property again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Everything about this property is top notch and just as stunning as the photos. Great entertaining space and flow for a group of 7. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds and all the necessary amenities. Had one small issue and Beth Ann immediately handled it- she is super responsive and helpful! Great location- just a few minutes to Main Street. Can’t wait to return!

The pictures do not do this property justice! It is beautiful, comfortable, has a great floor plan for a crowd, and all the rooms are large with private bathrooms that give everyone their privacy. The kitchen is very well appointed and we really enjoyed the indoor grill. The location is about 5 min from Deer Valley and 10 min from Park City. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table area, but most of all, we loved the roaring fireplace in the great room that had lounging space for all and was so inviting. Beth was amazing and all our needs were met. If you get the chance to rent this place you will not be disappointed.
