In the heart of Old Town, convenient to everything, this condo is set above a brick and tree lined courtyard that includes shops and restaurants. This three bedroom two bath unit is in one of two standalone WALK-UP buildings in the Duval Square complex. You enter a large open living, dining, kitchen area with French doors & porch overlooking the courtyard below. The master bedroom with ensuite bath has a king bed and access to a second deck area overlooking the courtyard. There is a shared pool and sunning area that overlooks the world famous Duval Street. Central air conditioning/heat & 1 covered parking space. PLEASE NOTE THIS PROPERTY IS ACCESSED BY STAIRS ONLY. Bedding: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins, single rollaway & sleeper chair. Sleeps 6 & up to 8 with extra person charge.

The property was very well kept and perfectly situated to enjoy all that there is to do in Key West. The furniture was comfortable and the pool was a nice touch (even though we didn’t use it)!

The condo was a good size for 6 adults and had plenty of seating. It’s close to Southern most point waterfront (opposite end from Mallory). The condo is in a retail/restaurant courtyard above a sushi restaurant with some late night noise/smells. Patrolling roosters that crow 24/7. Could use some blackout drapes in the bedrooms. Responsive management, nice pool. Easy walking to lots of entertainment, bars, restaurants and rentals. Nearby museums.

Wonderful stay, good location to everything but kitchen counters/stove top & floors throughout were not clean. Response was excellent at your attempt at repairing the shower glass door that almost fell on one of us - repair lasted @10minutes. Dishwasher almost fell into the kitchen floor - not secured by screws. I hate to be so critical but we were disappointed with your nicely furnished condo - it had everything we needed for our vacation. Please use this as a learning tool for your cleaning company and facility repair people. Thank you.

Right in central of town Could walk to everything. Accommodations were wonderful. Clean and what u needed to cook was in the kitchen. Very safe place to stay. Mini Mart steps away. Would rent there again.

The property was everything we hoped. The location was not to far but far enough away of all the late nite partying...which we were close enough to partake in also if we chose to...Bars and restaurants walking distance...would absolutely rent from them again...

We loved our week in this condo! It was perfect for our family. Easy to get up and down Duval St. and surrounding areas.

The location is great. Walk downstairs to two restaurants and right out onto Duval street. Our only complaint was that the property has an employee use a very loud blower every other morning for about 40 minutes. No peaceful coffee on the deck while that is going on. Other than that the place was exactly as advertised. Pool was warm and there is a CVS close by for anything you need.

The House is very well kept, well stocked with linens and towels and spacious. This area is located 10-15 minute walk from just about every attraction on Key West. Great restaurants in the same complex and within a few blocks. We had a wonderful stay.

Unfortunately we could not really enjoy the beat of Key West due to our timing! This was our first ever visit to the Keys. We had booked a 5 day stay and on our first full day we experienced our first hurricane! All bars and restaurants were closed for a couple of days and beaches were closed for our entire stay, so we decided to leave a day early. Hopefully come back again in the future for a better experience

This property was very clean and has a great location, close to everything. The parking garage was very safe and secure and there was street parking for a second vehicle. The renters were very easy to work with and friendly. My only recommendation is for more silverware. We had 7 adults and only 4 sets of silverware, so we had to continuously wash them. Other than that, great experience and would return there.

Property was as described. Pool was not easily accessible from this condo. Had to go down stairs, across the plaza, and back up the stairs to access the pool. Also, the pool was way too warm. Condo itself was nice. Clean inside. we had small ants in the bathrooms.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start by saying that the apt was immaculate. I am very very particular when it comes to cleanliness and the apt was spotless. It was outstanding. The bed sheets smelled AMAZING. So clean and the air was fresh and overall just amazing apt to stay in. The only issue was the noise. The restaurants below and people talking did not contribute to quiet restful nights. The roosters singing was another huge problem. They start as early as 3am and do not shut up. Granted that’s an organic noise and not much can be done about that. There was also the issue I had with the Italian restaurant below doing some sort of construction that woke me up at 4am with their hammering and chiseling. After about 45min I needed to contact police to see if they could come out as I felt 4am was very unreasonable for a business to do construction and disturb the peace. I would not stay there again solely because of the noise. The apt however was one of the best places I’ve stayed as far as cleanliness and it truly is exactly what it represents in the advertisement which was refreshing as well

If you want to be on Duvall and about halfway between Mallory Square and Southernmost point, this is a great location. It is located on top of and next to businesses that stay open late so if you are early to bed, there is a good deal of noise until about midnight. It was perfect for our family.

This property is spotlessly clean, all on one floor and with plenty of room for six adults. We loved the balcony. It was a perfect way to start and end each day enjoying one another’s company as we also enjoyed the folks and chickens enjoying Duvall Square. We were close to restaurants, shops and historical museums, etc. all within walking distance. Perfect Key West weather gave these Pennsylvanians a great week away!

Very stylish, clean and well appointed condo. Close to great options for dining and shopping. It is over a commercial space with restaurants so there is some evening noise it it quieted down by 11:00.
