The combination of privacy, the beautiful ocean and river views is what makes this condo so desirable. Brand-new to the rental market, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom has new features and upgrades through out! Plus, our home is Professional managed - Professionally Sanitized with On Site care. This condo faces Santa Cruz for those amazing sunsets.
Our Pelican Point condo offers a King in the master, Queen in the guest bedroom and in the third bedroom, overlooking the river and ocean, offers a Queen & twin futon sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper futon at the end of the bed is most comfortable for young adults and children.
Borrow free movies at our lobby store when you check in and enjoy a movie on the living room flat screen TV ! You'll also have the convenience of an in home washer & dryer for your beach towels!
Our property management company will help with anything you might need to further enjoy your stay. Ask about special coastal gifts to take memories home; perhaps about nearby attractions. Please note that all BBQ's in the Pelican condos have been removed due to HOA policy.

The kitchen was really well equipped. There was plenty of non-homeowner parking. The shower in the primary bathroom was very small -- hard to position oneself under the spray. But everything was clean and pleasant.

The united is listed as a condo that sleeps 6. Unfortunately, the two "day beds" in what used to be the primary bedroom are dreadful. They may lay flat but are not long enough or comfortable to be considered a real bed. It was the worst six nights of sleep I've ever encountered. Return the "family room" to a proper primary bedroom or list the property as only sleeping 4. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of comfort, especially given the price paid.
1) The unit's windows need to be cleaned. 2) There is quite an infestation of termites around the window in the "nook" area. 3) the bottom dishwasher rack is broken and doesn't "roll" in and out of the dishwasher. 4) The shower in what used to be the primary bedroom leaks.
Overall, I was underwhelmed with the quality of the furnishings, linens, kitchen dishes and supplies.
