With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this charming haven offers a comfortable retreat for families, friends, or couples seeking a relaxing getaway. Imagine sipping your morning coffee on the private balcony, watching the surf and ocean life. Pelicans roosting along the river and you should also get a glimpse of dolphins, whales and sea otters.
Inside you will find a single story of tastefully decorated interior with tons of beachside charm. The living space is designed to capture the essence of seaside living, while the fully equipped kitchen invites you to whip up your favorite meals. Enjoy a restful night's sleep in the master king bed, then wake up to ocean views from your bedroom. The comfortable second bedroom features two full-sized beds, and for your convenience, we have an in-unit washer and dryer. Unwind with direct beach access just steps away, allowing you to stroll along the sandy shores, collect seashells, or simply bask in the sun and waves. If you're looking to explore, be sure to visit the neighboring towns of Watsonville, Moss Landing and Aptos, where you'll find great restaurants, hiking trails and ocean adventures. Beautiful view, and the condo was clean and updated with very comfortable furnishings. Front desk staff were communicative and helpful when we ran into a snag with wifi, and resolved the issue quickly. I loved that we could hear the ocean.

There are such lovely views of both the ocean and the river from the living room and master bedroom!! The unit is also lovely inside. Everything was very comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped. It was a great stay.

Really lovely, quiet, right in the beach. Area in a fog belt so cool even in summer.Totally renovated. Nice balcony.Kitchen stocked amazingly well. I forgot sugar for coffee and they had it!Only thing I might say is that it is not 100% accessible if mobility impaired. Has a few steps to get in, and bed and shower entry are high. Would stay again.

My two teenage boys and I have been under quite a bit of stress, work for me, college for my oldest, and high school for my younger son. They asked for a beach weekend. While we have stayed at Pajaro Dunes before, this was the first time in this unit and at the South end of the community. The unit was clean and well appointed. We had a lovely weekend away.
