Spent my birthday at Spitzkoppen Lodge. Amazing team. Great food. Beautiful location.

Most beautiful location. Very tasteful. Magnificent sunsets. Awesome team.

I wish the pool had been usable. WiFi slow and only in community area.

Beautiful peaceful location.

Beautiful location. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff particularly Petrus who took us on a great excursion.

It was a shame that at night there were so many lights around the cabins impacting the ability to truly witness the clear skies. After supper finishes, perhaps give guests 30 minutes to reach their rooms (we were in the furthest away) and then turn the lights out so guests can appreciate the skies and stars. Unnecessary (and expensive) to have artificial lights all night. Pool was a bit disappointing although obviously a challenge in the environment.

Just perfect.

Breakfast was super and the view stunning. Even as an Namibian we loved the food and the view. Staff super friendly, helpful and very neat. Rooms were clean and had stunning view of Spitzkoppe. Could not get down the bridge because of hight and had a kind guard who assisted. Management could not be better. Kind, welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to make every moment remember-bale. A super stay.

de prachtige plek in de natuur met zicht op Spitzkoppe

het eten kon beter (voor de hele dure prijs die je betaalt) + ook al was het op voorhand doorgegeven en had men gezegd dat dit geen enkel probleem was, serveerde men couscous (wat met gluten is) voor een persoon die glutenvrij moet eten

Tolle Lage, sehr sauber, gutes Essen und grundsätzlich eine sehr tolle Unterkunft

Personal nicht sehr motiviert, es war sehr kalt und weder die Unterkünfte noch die Gemeinschaftsbereiche waren geheizt, was sehr schade war und für den Preis nicht angemessen.
