Sehr freundliches und. hilfsbereites Personal mit guten Deutsch- und. Englischkentnissen. Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel. Sehr nah zum Strand und zu den verschiedenen Restaurants. Täglich frisch gepresster O-Saft und die familiäre Atmosphäre .Toller Pool, sehr gepflegt!
Das Frühstück ist leider nicht zu loben. Trotz Reklamation kalte Eierspeisen. Auf Anfrage wurde schnell und. freundlich neu zubereitet. Es fehlte Brot, gab nur zwei Sorten nicht wirklich svhmeckender Brötchen. Kein Salat, kein Fisch, kein frisches Obst ( dieses nur als Dekoration). Keine auch nur minimalistische Privatsphäre auf dem WC!!!

A very hospitable family owned hotel close to beach and downtown in Crete. The hosts go out of the way to make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Enjoyed the sightseeing and food in Crete. The hotel inside is very new and rooms are super clean and well maintained. There was an electric stove in our room which came in handy for small cooking as well.
it was excellent, one of the best value for money.

The staff! Especially Roger the manager. Always help us with a smile.
The location is good, many restaurants in the area and across the road there is a good spa in Ikarus hotel.
The food in the hotel is good and cheap.
The room for 3 was big and cozy.
The sea is a bit far.
In the room for two there is one door for either the toilet or the bathroom.
