The price was good and the bed was very comfy!
There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom and neither any coffee pods-the coffee box was empty..so bring all these for the standard room!
Also the view was a bit awkward, English language was pretty poor and they were never at the reception desk..and the sign towards the restaurant were odd placed- moreso towards the beach.. food was cold as well and somehow it upseted my stomach..

Great location on the beach, close to the Malia Strip and free parking. Evening meal buffet was different every day.
Abusive and rude staff who shouted at you and then glared at you from the bar for the crime of not paying for their over priced (x3) bottled water during dinner.
Beach sports staff had different prices depending on your nationality and refused to allow you to photograph their price lists.

No ketchup for breakfast only dinner.
See through / glass door to bathroom in room, which wakes your partner up when you go to toilet (and put light on)
No free water served at dinner only breakfast

The hotel is nicely renovated and the rooms are good. The swimming pool is grat for kids any age . The closeness to the sea is also an advantage , the coctail bar is nice

Unbearable if you have any taste buds. The staff is somehwat rude and in bad mood a lot but some of the waitresses were super nice too.
