We stayed at SENTIDO Kyknos Beach Hotel on an all-inclusive basis, and overall, we absolutely loved our experience. We really appreciated the hotel’s concept: it is calm, peaceful and designed to be a true break from everyday life.
Our room was absolutely incredible. We had a jacuzzi in the room, a beautiful sea view and even an amazing view from the shower! Although the hotel is not directly on the beach and the view is partly over the surrounding buildings, it is completely unobstructed and still beautiful.
The hotel has two swimming pools, one smaller and one larger. Both are lovely, with plenty of sun loungers, so we never had any trouble finding somewhere to relax. Unfortunately, some guests still reserve sun loungers with towels and then disappear for hours, but that is more a matter of guest behaviour than the hotel’s fault. The hotel does try to discourage this, but sadly not everyone respects the rules.
The food and drinks were fantastic. We genuinely have nothing negative to say about them. Compared with other all-inclusive hotels we have stayed at, the food here felt much more carefully prepared and varied. There is less of the typical fast-food-style food, which might not suit everyone, but for us it was perfect. There were also plenty of vegetarian options, which we really appreciated.
The staff were also incredibly kind and friendly. A special thank you to the housekeeping ladies, who were absolutely lovely and always genuinely concerned about whether everything was okay and whether we needed anything. Their kindness really stood out to us.
We also loved the entertainment concept. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts, the entertainment here is much more relaxed — and that is exactly the point of this hotel. It is peaceful and quiet, giving you the opportunity to actually rest. We loved being able to relax by the pool without constantly being invited to participate in activities or having our downtime interrupted.
The only real negative point was our arrival. We did not feel particularly welcomed when we first arrived, and the room we were initially given did not correspond to the room we had booked.
However, we have to say that the way this was handled afterwards was excellent. The manager personally called us from home, resolved the issue on the very same day and was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. She even asked to speak with me the following day to make sure everything was okay and that we were happy with the room.
We really appreciated how seriously she took the situation and how personally she followed up.

L’accueil a été très chaleureux dès notre arrivée, avec un personnel toujours gentil et serviable tout au long du séjour. L’hôtel en lui-même est très beau, bien entretenu, avec deux piscines : une grande et une plus petite. La chambre était également agréable, propre et confortable.
Autre point appréciable : l’emplacement. Il y a pas mal de petites boutiques et de très bons restaurants dans les environs, ce qui permet de facilement sortir et profiter de l’extérieur quand on le souhaite.
Nous avons été déçus par la nourriture proposée dans la formule all inclusive. Bien qu’il y ait beaucoup de choix, la qualité était très inégale : certaines crevettes n’étaient clairement pas fraîches, et les desserts manquaient aussi de fraîcheur. Nous avons réellement bien mangé seulement 3 jours sur 7. Le petit déjeuner ne nous a pas convaincus non plus, avec des plats salés assez surprenants pour le matin (roulé aux épinards, champignons à la crème, flageolets…) et peu de viennoiseries ou d’options plus classiques.
Autre point décevant : il n’y a quasiment pas de snacks proposés en journée dans la formule all inclusive. À part quelques parts de cake/biscuits rangées dans une armoire réfrigérée, rien n’est prévu pour grignoter entre les repas, ce qui est dommage.
La piscine ferme à 18h, ce qui nous semble assez tôt, surtout en été. Nous sommes partis en juillet donc beaucoup de monde malheureusement. Beaucoup de clients réservent leur transat très tôt le matin avant même le petit déjeuner, ce qui fait qu’après 10h, il n’y en a plus autour de la grande piscine. Nous avons donc dû nous rabattre sur la plus petite piscine chaque jour.
