I really enjoyed my stay here. The biggest highlight for me was definitely the pool area, and especially the pool bar. The food there was genuinely excellent and, most importantly, very reasonably priced. The prices were so good that there was honestly no point in going into town to eat, which was a huge plus for me.
The pool area itself was also extremely clean and had a very intimate, peaceful atmosphere, which I really appreciated. The room was a good size and had everything I needed, and the location was great as well — close enough to the town to get there easily.
The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, I was really happy with the hotel and would definitely recommend it.
The only thing I would change is the cleaning — I would appreciate it if the floor in the room was also mopped during each cleaning.

La posizione dell’hotel vicino ad Old Town di Malia e vicino a Malia Beach permette di potersi spostare a piedi la sera senza prendere la macchina, la struttura esterna come la piscina che ti permette di rilassarti nelle giornate più ventose di Malia dove il mare non è il top.
Lo staff è cordiale e professionale.
La colazione a buffet e’ discreta ma non di altissima qualità, l’insonorizzazione delle stanze e’ pessima sopratutto perché ahimè l’hotel è pieno di ragazzi che fanno casinò fino alle 5 del mattino non permettendoti un tranquillo riposo, e il bagno della camera e’ davvero piccolo, ogni volta che si fa la doccia si allaga tutto compreso il Walter e quindi bisogna asciugare. La pulizia della camera potrebbe essere migliorata non rispetta gli standard italiani. Inoltre pagare un cappuccino 4 euro ogni mattina come extra (almeno buono) e’ un po’ eccessivo in quanto la macchinetta che fa i cappucci o il caffè per noi italiani non è il massimo.

Lijepi, čisti uredni mali hotel tik do starog dijela grada na par minuta od kafića , restorana , trgovina , svega. Bazen i osoblje kafića na bazenu top. Sve pohvale.

Bar staff and 1 particular member Alexandra were friendly, Informative and understanding. However there was a member of staff who was rude, almost insulting and quite honestly didn’t show the customer services I would expect for this type of hotel. That said we just did our best to avoid that staff member and speak to others which worked well for us.
The descriptions of spacious wardrobes is totally incorrect. The bedroom sizing of our suite which we booked was a junior suite meant to be 35m2 but it was NOT. It was only 25m2 and it’s apparently all to do with having a sink in your bedroom! I didn’t care where the sink was. I cared that we were in a room 10m2 smaller than we actually paid for! That’s the honest truth. The sage you can carry out yourself. The cleaners did not wash or empty mugs or glasses in the room, EVER! In 6 days we were given 1 flannel, towels were not consistently changed. No point to a coffee machine, they expect you to buy the pods. No teabags, sugar or coffee pods were ever replaced. Neither were the bathroom amenities. The only mirror for hair and make up is in the lounge area with no chair at all, so standing up was needed. The mirror is so high up on the wall with a bright light directly in front of it, it was impos
We have been coming to Crete and this area for almost 30 years. We wouldn’t come back to this particular hotel in a hurry. We did feel like we were cheated and placed in a smaller suite. Oh by the way… in a hotel such as placing itself as top end, maybe a lift might be a benefit. 3rd floor with no lifts and no help with luggage is a hard ask. Able to use. Balcony was a very tight squeeze for 2 adults and swimwear airer to dry.
