Beach
Overall cleanliness of the facilities (common areas like elevators, children’s playground filled with bird feathers and poo, kids playroom with old dusty toys, had to go to reception to ask for room service every day, as previously came back from beach for kid’s nap to the room not cleaned and all towels on the floor on two occasions).
Food (repetitive, often tasteless, boiled veggies with taste of chlorine, drinking water is tap with heavy chlorine taste, limited bottled water per person per day, guests feeding stray cats at the back of the restaurant).
Beach towel management (towel exchange far from beach and in limited hours, resulting in you constantly having to carry the towels up the room and back and use yesterday, potentially wet and sandy, towels in the morning before the exchange window opens).
Some staff members were borderline rude (apart from the German student lady, who always smiled and was very kind).

Location was excellent. The grounds were very nice as were the rooms. The beach was very nice sitting under the umbrellas. The food in the buffet was very good.
The exclusive Italian restaurant was not good at all. Some of it wasn’t even palatable. Such a shame since the location was nice and quiet.

Tout ! De la chambre, aux installations, au personnel et a la nourriture. Tout était parfait!
Nos enfants ont adoré le kids club et Brenda l’animatrice. Un grand merci pour la gentillesse de tout le personnel. Bravo !!
