Stand-alone hotel building with a garden. Breakfast was nice. The lady, who cooked it, offered Armenian coffee ones. Generally, if you want something, you can ask. The room offered a big fridge, so we can store all our sujuks
The interior is quite old and it is not giving a cozy vive in the hotel. The shower gets water collected for some time, so you stand in the pool, before it starts going away. There was no option to completely darken the room. Transfer to the airport is not free, they asked 8000 amd for it. If you can, use YandexGo taxi, it costed us 1400 amd with Comfort + car. Location is far from ideal, you need to walk around 2,5 km to the observation platform, mist ppl use taxi in Yerevan, as buses do not accept foreign cards or any cash

Very friendly stuff, comfortable and clean room. Relatively quite location. Good value for money
The fridge is noisy. It's not a problem during the day, but it's a bit annoying at night.
