La Casa boutique hotel is providing the options of stars hotels with the reasonable costs and fees, also it has the soul of Armenia its wealthy history with itself because it has a magnificent view of ✝️Mother Armenia✝️ in it's balcony and it's very inspiring and spiritual.
I will recommend it to authors and artists.
It is very cozy and friendly place and the owner and people here are very cool and peaceful.

It's a homey feeling and welcoming.
Just breakfast is a little late especially we came here for tours; Tour starts usually @ 9:00.

Accueil sympathique. Chambre propre et bonne literie.
En bord de route : la chambre donne directement sur le trottoir ! La nuit fut bruyante... Pas de petit déjeuner proposé, règlement par CB impossible.... Booking indique un parking gratuit qui n'existe pas. Le quartier est assez peu engageant. Bref une adresse à éviter.
