Great location, lovely hostess, clean and large room. Only 5 mins walk to the train station entrance. They have a large shared fridge in reception which was great for dropping snacks, wine and beer.
Only slight issue was AC, outside it was 34c. It's a central AC set by the host for the three rooms so you don't have full control of your room. It was set at 27c which is not cool enough for me so we had an uncomfortable first evening, however the host did adjust it down slightly. Otherwise great place to stay.

It is located near the center opposite there is a shop and a bakery
The windows overlook the street, where motorcycles are constantly going back and forth all night and because of this it is very noisy. If you are sensitive to noise when you sleep, you may want to consider another option, or sleep with the windows closed.

Perfect location near the train station, the beach and the main pedestrian street. The big bed is also a huge plus.
The room is not soundproof so you can hear everybody who's going in and out of the appartment at night. It's hard to sleep even in the noise-canceling headphones.
