Situated in Brookings, this lovely condo for $237 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Look no further!! If we've got availability for your dates, you've found your spot! Location! Location! Location! This Oceanfront property is located on a South facing bluff and offers inspirational views. Rainbow Rock Condominiums, one of Southern Oregon's most prestigious communities, sits on over 13 acres with a trail to a virtually private beach. We're located on the ground floor(no steps!) and in building E, private, quiet, and the one furthest away from Hwy.101. The property is extremely well appointed and we have people coming back year after year. We will do our best to answer any questions you may have and make your stay in Brookings a most memorable one. When you're tired of watching the view and are ready for a change of venue, pack your lunch and stroll down to the sandy beach. You'll find an abundance of drift logs for fort building and sculpture making, and soft sand to relax on. Low tide brings tide pools steaming with life and also expands the beach for long beach walks. Harris Beach State Park lies to the South, Boardman State Park rated to be the most beautiful coastline in Oregon, is directly to the North (contiguous) with access to the Oregon Coast Trail. Within a few miles radius, there are several rivers to explore: the Chetco, the Winchuck and the Smith. Boat rentals and Commercial fishing charters are available in vibrant Brookings Harbor. Brookings also offers several markets, boutiques, art galleries and restaurants. Trips to other nearby coastal villages, lights houses and museums make exciting day trips. Well-designed and well-maintained. More spacious and more comfortable than many condos. Also, better lighting for reading. And the light bulbs all worked.
Elegant, restful decor, not overdone. For example, the tv screen is handy to the seating but is not the focal point of the room.
We would enjoy staying here again.

The condo is updated and decorated very nicely. It is stocked with everything you would need to feel at home on your vacation. High quality and you can tell there is pride of ownership. The views of the ocean can't be beat. We have stayed at many different condos at Rainbow Rock and this condo is the best. Thank you Jan, for being a wonderful host!

I spent 2 weeks in the condo and it was great. The view from the patio was amazing. The complex was very quiet. Nice walk directly down to the beach with more great views and beautiful rock formations. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was exactly as described and great to have an unobstructed view of the ocean. The condo had everything I needed. Lots of great parks nearby and Brookings is a nice little town.

Loved our stay. Our only problem was the condo isnt exactly handicapped accessible. There wasn't any bars in the bathrooms which makes things a little difficult when in a wheelchair. We made adjustments and enjoyed our stay.

Rainbow rock is our favorite getaway on the coast. This unit was a great spot for our family. The best thing about it: the trail to the private beach. We walked down a couple times a day with our 8 month old and 4 year old. It’s an easy hike and the walk is gorgeous, especially the wildflowers.
Pros:
Natural light, incredible view, lovely dining room, comfy chairs in front of living room windows to enjoy the view, great patio.
Cons:
The unit has a mildewy smell, especially in closets. The beds are pretty uncomfortable (very springy). There went any toiletries (bath soap, lotion, etc). We brought groceries so we could cook, but we noticed the refrigerator wasn’t keeping the food cold. Luckily we caught the issue quickly, adjusted the setting so food wasn’t spoiled.
All in all, a nice place to get away.

Very nicely furnished unit with just about everything you would need for a weeks stay. A very quiet condo complex. There is access to the water right from the complex with just a short walk to the ocean. Only minutes to town. Really enjoyed the views sitting on the balcony! We will be looking to rent this unit again!

Condo is nicely updated, clean, and welcoming. Loved the ease of the code for the front door - no worries about losing keys! The kitchen had everything I needed to make a few simple meals, and the views can't be beat. It was a great place from which to explore Samuel Boardman Scenic area. Recommend!

The kitchen was thoroughly stocked and there were very comfortable bedrooms. The one time I needed to contact the owner she picked up the phone and helped me through it. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

A lovely condo. Spotless, with quality furnishings. Condo complex was very quiet when we were there. Nice location. Our only complaint was there was a very strong pet odor when we walked into the unit. After several days with windows and door open the odor was less intense. It may or may not bother others.

What can we possibly say that hasn’t already been said about this lovely condo? The entire experience was exceptional. Hosts were fabulous to deal with- provided clear, comprehensive communication, & easy check-in/check-out process. Beautifully appointed home in a breathtaking setting! The beach at Rainbow Rock is hard to describe with words. Experiencing it is something akin to entering Triton’s Palace-complete with giant rock throne, hidden gems, and a tree gate with scrolling branch bars. Even more amazing is how remote & private this iconic beach feels! The people we did run into were all incredibly warm & friendly. If it had been available, we would have been content to have stayed the entire duration of our holiday here!

Location was perfect for wanting to stay on the Oregon coast with a breathtaking view of the beach. Access to the ocean was wonderful also. Close to the Redwood forests for a day trip and many other beaches in the area. We had great (noon-time) breakfasts at Mattie's Pancake House; great Mexican food at Pancho' s Restaurant; and yummy fish tacos at Zola's. So all in our trip was wonderful and would highly recommend staying at this condo. Thanks so much!

Comfortable condo with fantastic views
This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this condo complex, and we've thoroughly enjoyed both our visits. Great views, trail to the beach, and a trail in the woods behind the complex for walking. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Location!
First of all the condo is in an absolutely beautiful location. The view from the patio/deck area is breathtaking. The gated condo community was well maintained and quiet. Access to the private beach area could be challenging for some, so we did not make it down to the beach area itself. Jan was very attentive, professional, and kind. She responded to our questions quickly. We loved having a garage that we could park our car in. We would highly recommend a visit to Jedediah Smith Redwood State Park in California while staying at the condo, the drive is only about 45 minutes. We very much enjoyed our stay in Brookings.

The view was amazing and we enjoyed eating out on the deck. We loved walking the path down to the beach, and my daughter spent hours at the tide pools. The inclusion of the tide tables in the info binder was really helpful so that we knew when to go at low tide to the tunnel. Would love to go back!
