Situated in Ocracoke Island, this charming condo for $233 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Villa Maria is conveniently located in the heart of the Village, just two blocks from the Ocracoke Lighthouse and within walking distance to all restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Relax on its third-floor private deck. One Primary Bedroom with King Bed features a full bath with a whirlpool tub and separate shower. The second Primary Bedroom features a Queen Bed and full bath with a garden tub and separate shower. In addition, there is a Queen size Sleeper Sofa in the living area. Beach decor welcomes you to large, sun-lit rooms. The spacious living area with cathedral ceiling offers a 42-inch cable TV with surround sound. Additional amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, and complimentary wireless internet access. Stack washer/dryer. *This home does not provide linens. No Smoking. Maximum 2 Vehicles. No Pets or Service Animals of any kind are allowed in this home. For information, please visit our Guest Information “Vacationing with a Pet” on our website. Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at the time of booking. Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival. Property Layout: Third story single floor condo: Open kitchen, dining, and living area with TV. Queen Size Sleeper Sofa in the living room. Primary Bedroom with King bed and bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower. Second Primary Bedroom with Queen bed and bathroom with garden tub and separate shower. Overall, the property was clean and perfectly located. The televisions were a bit outdated, but we did spend most of our time out and about. We would definitely stay here again.

Two days of the stay, 2 dogs under the condo were constantly barking all day from people that left their dogs alone all day. A policy for leaving pets that are going to bark and annoy other vacationing patrons needs to be made between Ocracoke Island Realty and Blue Heron Realty. It was annoying hearing barking dogs all day when we were at the Cr43 Villa Maria condo. I made a call about it on Day#1 to Ocracoke Island Realty telephone service. Texted a message about the dogs on a second occasion,

The property is comfortable, clean, with a well stocked kitchen (dishes, etc), comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the central location. I would definitely recommend this unit & would stay here again.

Unit was nice but located on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Also, the pool was closed and nasty.
