About this house rental
Located in Tierra Verde, this attractive house for $975 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Four bedrooms with three queen beds and one king. Also there is a fold out couch in the secondary entertainment room and one of the bed rooms also has a child's race car bed. So there are beds for 11 people. Pass a Grille is the community that begins at the famous Don Cesar Hotel and extends one mile south where it ends at the mouth of the ocean inlet. This area is free of large hotels and condos. It is the best family beach with fewer people and none of the Spring Break party feel that the beaches further north often have. There are no chain restaurants or shops in Pass A Grille. The restaurants are unique, mom and pop places, run by the owners. Our newly remodeled home is just a short walk to beautiful Pass A Grille Beach. It has unbelievable views of the gulf of Mexico and pass a grille inlet. Located in the timeless pass-a-grille historic district of st. Pete beach, our large beach home features 10 ft. High ceilings, delightful front and back porches, hard wood flooring, and an outdoor lanai area with a beautiful view of the water.. We have two kayaks that you are welcome to use and I might be able to give you and your family a boat ride if I am in town. In the home there are 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The kitchen is beautiful with granite countertops and high end sub zero fridge and large gas stove. There are three large flat screen wall mounted televisions. There is secure parking inside the garage with room for one car and room for two more cars in the driveway. You won't be able to miss the cool gulf breezes and unbelievable florida sunsets in this home. Walk a couple of blocks and discover fun island-themed restaurants and shops along 8th avenue. Pass-a-grille beach is a wide sandy beach that stretches several miles along the gulf. If you walk south you will hit the rock jetty on pass-a-grille pass where the gulf meets the pass a grille inlet. If you head north about a mile along the beach you will be at the famous pink don cesar hotel where you can enjoy your favorite drink by the pool or enjoy a romantic dinner at one of the don's world-class restaurants. Although you have easy access to local entertainment, this is a surprisingly private home, with a glorious location in the heart of pass-a-grille. The community features include tennis courts, a community center, shuffleboard, the trolley line, beachfront, inter coastal waterway, playgrounds, basketball courts, and parks. We do not have a pool at the house, but there are many close by hotels and resorts which allow the public to use their pools. Some notable attractions in st. Very well equipped home in a fantastic location just two blocks from the beach and in walking distance to several restaurants and a convenience shop. Our extended family (ranging from 3 months to 74 years) were able to comfortably spread out and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It's on a corner that includes a coffee shop, three restaurants, and two markets, and just a block from the beach! The balance of beauty and convenience was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of space in the house for my family of 4, my sister's family of 4 to visit from St. Pete periodically, and for other family to visit us during our long stay. The house had everything we needed and more. The housekeeper, property owner, and property manager were all easily accessible and eager to help make the stay great. Overall, such an amazing find and a place that we'd definitely rent again in the future!

We had a great vacation at this property! The location was excellent! It’s a short 2 minute walk to the beach. The beach was never crowded and we loved that! We also were able to walk to restaurants near by.
The property truly felt like home away from home. The layout was perfect for our family with older kids. We could all gather and hang out in the comfy family room area or everyone had plenty of room in their bedrooms for time to their self. The boys really enjoyed fishing off the dock and even caught a bunch of fish! In addition my daughter even had fun feeding the fish in the fish tank every day. They were beautiful and fun to look at.
Overall the house was just what we wanted for our vacation. It was a very nice, well kept property and had everything we needed. We had a very memorable vacation there and would definitely return! I would highly recommend this property and location!

This property was perfect for my family. It was convenient to the beach, restaurants, baseball, etc. I grilled out for a total of 24 people on Sunday, and everyone loved the house. Owner was very responsive to any questions that we had. We will definitely stay in this house in the future.

This was one of 2 houses we rented for a 50th Anniversary Surprise Party, total of 16 adults and 6 children. We pulled it off, they didn't suspect a thing! (The event was at a venue, not either house...)
Lots of space here, both in the common areas, and the upper floor suites. The main floor has two bedrooms and share a bathroom. Perfect for the family with a 7-year old and an infant. Place is well supplied with linens/towels, pots, pans. etc., everything you need.
Feeding the fish daily was a highlight for the kids (the adult kids too). Birds/dolphins, a manatee(!) were spotted and plenty of beach equipment for everyone at the house. Short walk to the beach.
Pass-A Grille is a laid-back place that doesn't seem to ever get super busy. We ate across the street several times! Literally hundreds of places to eat and see and go to within a short ride. Including FreeRide!
Given the opportunity, I would stay here again.

Steps to restaurants. Cute downtown pass-a-grille with shops and local restaurants just a few blocks away. Highly recommended.

The house was great! 3 stories and we had plenty of room for the 5 adults and 6 teenagers who stayed. Top floor has an entertainment area, bedroom and bath. The kids hung out here most of the time and were glad to have their own space. 2nd level has a HUGE master suite with balcony. There is also a laundry room on the 2nd floor. Main floor has 2 bedrooms with attached baths and large kitchen and living room. Kitchen has a large built in tropical fish tank that we enjoyed looking at and also enjoyed feeding the fish daily. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with condiments as was the fridge. We did bring our own food and drinks, but was nice to have some spices. Location was great. It's right on the intercoastal waterway and only 2 blocks from the beach. Great convenience store across the street and deli a half a block down. This is the quiter end of St Pete Beach and we liked that it wasn't TOO busy. Further north is more congested and less residential and is an easy drive if you prefer that.
Tim was super responsive when we reached out to him regarding the air conditioning and had a repairman come out right away.
If we travel with a large group again, would definitely rent this home!
