Nestled in Hilton Head Island, this lovely villa for $250 per night is a great option for your next trip. Ready for coastal breezes, fruity umbrellas in your drink, and some serious R&R? Then Latitude Adjustment is just what the doctor ordered. A perfect couples retreat. 6/10 a mile to the beach, 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride via large sidewalks shaded by beautiful oaks (see pic) This completely updated 1,100 sq ft villa has all the comforts of home, without the hassle. The kitchen is fully stocked. All you need to bring is the food. The living room is spacious, cozy and open to the dining room. 55”, 4K smart TV allows for streaming Netflix, etc. The glass front door and large sliding doors to the courtyard let in lots of natural light. Cozy king bed in master and queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Linens provided. Each bedroom has a flat screen. Various board games and books are also availabe for you to enjoy. Beach towels and chairs provided. Queen's Grant is part of the lovely Palmetto Dunes Plantation. Queens Grant has five swimming pools. You're a 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride to three miles of perfect beach, all in the shaded embrace of large trees that over hang your path. Hilton Head beaches are dog friendly. Don't forget to utilize this villa's private, outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse when you return. A general store and bike rental facility are also within walking distance and within the Palmetto Dunes Plantation. Enjoy 2,000 acres of beautifully manicured grounds, six miles of bike paths, and an 11 mile lagoon perfect for kayaking, canoeing, or paddle boarding. Not to mention three golf courses, to include Robert Trent Jones, over 20 tennis courts and new pickle ball facilities! There's also tons of shopping available, to include two Tanger Outlet Malls just minutes away. This is a one story villa with NO stairs. Parking is available right next to the unit. We welcome large dogs.

Laura has a very beautiful place to stay at on the island! Walking distance to the beach was a big plus for us and our dogs! Also a very clean home and has more amenities than most VRBOs do. Laura is also very great at communicating. We had an issue with our door code one night and she returned the call within minutes and had the issue fixed. Will definitely be staying here again on another trip to Hilton Head!

Check in was a breeze and the villa was very easy to find (about 1/2 mile from the check in/pass office). Inside was beautifully decorated and very well maintained and clean. The villa is very well stocked with dishes, pans, towels and everything else you could use or need. Even dog bowls and leads were there! Again, pretty much everything you might need is available! Very quiet location with ample parking. It is also close enough to walk to the beach (all via a nice bikeway). A great little general store is also available near the tennis courts for miscellaneous foods and drinks! Laura (host) even called us to make sure that we were settled in and that all was going well! I would recommend this for your stay and we will be going back!

What a Thanksgiving for the memory books. I just can't say enough good about our rental villa and experience. The place was so clean, and it was well stocked with everything from towels to serving dishes to board games to play at night. Every last touch was accounted for. My experience with Laura was one of the best I've ever had. It felt like chatting with an old friend and she made sure we had everything we needed for an amazing time. She's just a good person. I would absolutely rent this unit all over again.

This place was clean and well equipped and comfortable. . Has a nice, private outside sitting area with grills. A beautiful 10 minute walk to a very nice beach. Convenient to grocery and shopping. Owner is very nice to work with. This was our 4th stay and plan to do it again.

The property was very easy to find and instructions for picking up parking passes was very easy to follow. Laura let us check in early since we arrived before normal check in time. Location of resort is perfect for everything, tons of shops and restaurants nearby. The villa was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay even had extra toys for our dog to play with. The villa was very clean when we arrived and matched the description in the listing. We loved having all the green areas to walk around and even found a dog park nearby. Laura's restaurant recommendations were great, we visited several of them. We would definitely book the villa again. Laura was great to work with and even called to see how everything was going!

Unit was very clean and was exactly as pictured in VRBO. Check In instructions were clear. Unit was very comfortable and well stocked. The washer and dryer were appreciated and used!
We would love to stay here again on our next visit to HHI.

Very cute beach house close to ocean. Perfect for a couple (or two) and their pups! Location is mid-island and convenient to restaurants, golf courses, and shopping. Our dogs loved running the beach off leash (allowed after Labor Day to Memorial Day). The house offered a well stocked kitchen for cooking, nice sitting area and great patio with large table, couches and umbrella. Thank you, Laura for a lovely stay!

First of all, the pictures on the website don’t do it justice. The condo is beautifully decorated. My sister and I go to Hilton Head every year for several days in September and we chose this place this year. Wow, just wow. We decided next year we are going back to the exact condo if it’s available. It was super clean and just the right size for us. It’s in a great location also. We had everything we needed. Thank you Laura for such a wonderful time!!

This was our second stay at this property with Laura and it was perfect again! This time we brought our 2 year old little girl with us and she had the best time! We loved the close proximity of the property to restaurants, beaches and shopping! We also utilized the pool daily (as it was 100F+ most days)! Laura checked in on us during our stay to ensure everything was going well and see if we had any questions/concerns, which was great! The property was super clean and we had the BEST TIME! We will definitely be returning, hopefully next year, with our toddler and newborn! We love staying with Laura, can’t recommend it enough!!

In Queens Folly at Palmetto Dunes, this stay was amazing. Laura created a super relaxed, beached theme home that we truly enjoyed. She was helpful during inclement weather with calls to check in on us. Palmetta Dunes is amazing. We brought our bikes to bike around the Island, played tennis at the best tennis courts at Palmetto Dunes (clay courts), and golfed at Trent. Check in and out was super easy. The beach is a short walk away. Recommend staying here for couples and small families. Very dog friendly!

Loved the stay in Hilton head! The property owner is easy to get a hold of and so kind. She has EVERYTHING you need for an awesome stay floats, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and anything you can imagine needing to cook your family a meal. There’s books to read and games to play. We even have a disabled son in a wheelchair and all we had to do is pop his chair backwards up one small step. This was the best trip we’ve had together! Hope to stay again soon. Oh and our Great Dane Benson loved it!

Hilton Head Island has dog-friendly beaches. However, it is not easy to find a vacation rental that allows dogs above 40 lb. I was so happy to find Laura’s villa that allows us to bring our dog. The villa is tastefully decorated and close to beach, golf courses, tennis court and restaurants. It is perfect for a small family with a dog. The villa provided all essentials including beach towels and even bed sheets for our dog to sit on. We absolutely enjoyed playing frisbees with our dog on the beach and exploring all activities in the area. We look forward to going back to the villa again.

Our vacation was wonderful largely due to staying in this lovely condo. We had everything we needed for the week including in the kitchen, bath, bedrooms, entertainment, and fun beach chairs and toys. The beds were super comfortable and allowed for great rest! The proximity to the beach, general store, and pool was great. I received a message from the owner after check-in. She was easy to work with and seemed readily accessible for any concerns, however, everything went perfectly with no issues! We hope to stay here again soon!

Unfortunately, it got noisey at times when trash people picked up trash 2 times a week, and then the recycled folks at least two other days during the week that I could tell. Some people did not clean up outside after their dogs, but we did clean ours up and sometimes the other people who left it. The master bedroom bed was noisey when getting in and out of it. The weather was not that great. Some of the neighbors were noisey talking loud late at night when entering and exiting their unit. Other than that, the place was awesome and I would certainly return. On top of that, the unit did not have any pet odors in the air or on the furniture/carpet, etc. Very nice place.

This is our second time staying here. Laura is a superb host and is attentive to all of our needs. We brought our dogs, who enjoyed the enclosed patio, long walks around Palmetto Dunes and playing on the beach. We enjoyed kayaking on the lagoons, riding bikes, and cooking fresh seafood from Barnacle Bill's. We will be back again next year! Thank you Laura.
