About this condo rental
Stunning panoramic views at this beachfront condo. The whole condo has been newly renovated in 2014. King bed in master suite, king bed loft bedroom, two twins in guest bedroom, queen sleeper sofa and two full bathrooms with custom tile showers and granite vanities. Fully equipped, well lighted kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and barstools, beautiful bamboo floors, 55 inch ultrahd 4k television with soundbar and bluray in the living area and flat screen TVs in all bedrooms. Washer and dryer inside unit for your convenience. This unit is the best In either of the Crystal Sands complexes, east or west! It is located on the top floor of a 3 story complex and is the corner unit on the west end with wall to wall windows facing the beach and to the west side as well. You will have beautiful views galore! There is no highrise next door to block your view.Just out the door, downstairs, and out the gate to the world famous emerald gulf waters and sugar white sands of Destin. There is an elevator and luggage carts for your convenience. Communal Swimming pool and grilling area. Free WiFi. Beach service is included (2 chairs and umbrella) March-October. Additional chairs can be rented on beach. Crystal Sands is in the charming neighborhood of Crystal Beach which is between old Destin and Sandestin. It's only blocks away to the Destin Commons shopping mall and theater and Publix grocery store and a short drive to Silver Sands Outlet Mall. There are lots of great restaurants in the area and we are happy to provide you with some suggestions! There is a bike path that goes all the way down Scenic 98 just across the street from the condo and you can rent bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards just a few blocks away. Cute little place, cozy but small for more than a few adults. Clean & views are great! Host was really nice & answered all my questions. Would definitely stay again!

Great location to visit with family, relax and have fun. Beach is beautiful and complimentary beach chairs and umbrella make for a perfect day.

We loved this beach condo. It had beautiful views, was well stocked, easy parking and access. We had plenty of dishes, towels and blankets. The owners even let us check in early, which was greatly appreciated.
My only complaints- the air was set to 74 the day we arrived and since the unit is on the top floor, the upstairs was unbearable for the rest of the day/night until it finally cooled down. My bed wasn’t the most comfy but that could be personal preference. We also couldn’t find a pillow that was decent out of the 15 or so in the unit.
There is also no bathtub in the unit, so be aware if you have small children. Luckily my 3 year old was okay taking his first shower and thought it was cool.
I would gladly stay here again!

The condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed & more. It was located in a great area with plenty of places to eat, shop or socialize. We were a group of 18 total, staying in 5 different condos. This 1 was the nicest of the 5. The owners were easy to contact with questions I had, before we arrived. Everything was just as it said. The beach towels were an unexpected, but great addition. We will definitely stay there again, if it is available the next time we visit Destin.

Perfect place for the 6 of us. 3 generations had a great stay. View is fantastic. The beach was beautiful and the clearest water I’ve ever seen. The unit had everything we needed and more.

First visit with our granddaughter who fell in love with the beach. Everything was wonderful with the condo; however, I do wish The elevator had worked. It was tough getting heavy items up & down to & from the third floor & hard on 60+ year old knees.
Also why was the gate open to the public? We pay for a private beach and this was the second stay where this was not the case. A young man dressed in an inappropriate anatomical coatume was making the rounds. After a father told him that this was inappropriate for children there, he left without a fuss. This shouldn’t have happened at all.

This place is amazing…beautiful views of the Gulf and the sunsets! Everything is as described, clean and very easy to get too. Owners were very easy to communicate with…we will return! Highly recommend, you will love it!!!

Beautiful views! Amazing beach decor! Dishwasher was full of old water when we arrived that smelled! We turned it on and water went everywhere! One part of the sink was stopped up and also leaked water! The outside fire alarm also went off twice for no known reason! We were still able to prepare Christmas dinner, however we did spend a lot of time mopping water! Host was extremely nice!

Condo was very nice, we recommend it. The view from lanai was perfect. Only suggestion we would make is that unit could use some mirrors in loft and secondary bedroom. Had 3 women staying upstairs and with only one mirror over the sink, was a bit crowded to dry hair, do make up etc. Communication with owners was wonderful. Absolutely no complaints from us. Thank you!

The condo is very nice and comfortable. The view is outstannding! The gulf was very calm and we enjoyed dolphin sitings and a manatee swam right by us. We would love to stay here on our next trip.to.the Destin area.

Everything was great about the property . Except, I was disappointed about the beach, there were so much algae in the water during our stay that we didn’t enjoy the beach much

The only thing we were unhappy with was not allowing canopies. That was inconvenient for us with so many people and young children.

Location is perfect - in the beach with easy access, all the amenities anyone could need, and close to restaurants and stores when desired. We chose to make use of the kitchen and grills and ate out only once in 7 nights giving us more time on the beach to ride waves and enjoy the sunset. Would stay again for sure.

Condo is exactly as described, right on the beach with a beautiful view. Owners communicate well, are helpful and kind!
We love this area of Destin and even during peak season the beaches are never too crowded.
I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at a former property with this host so knew we would not be disappointed. They are so friendly and very responsive. We will definitely stay there again. The unit is on the 3rd floor with a stunning view of the ocean. The unit is beautiful, clean and fully stocked with everything you need. The unit also comes with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that is set up each day on the beach. All you have to do is give the vendor their name and unit number. The location of this property was centrally located in what I would consider prime real estate, as it was close to grocery stores/shopping; restaurants within walking distance (highly recommend Camille's for breakfast & the Crab Trap for their beach front bar); easy access to beach front property; and chair/umbrella rentals...
The property itself was extremely quiet and suited (4) adults and (2) teenagers quite comfortably. There was plenty of room to give everyone the space they needed, without being on top of each other.
The only negative would have been our challenges with the cable/T.V., since we were looking for ways to entertain ourselves during the handful of rainy days we experienced. Had we experienced more sunshine and found ourselves outside the entire time, this wouldn't have even crossed our minds!
Terri & Steve's property was easy to check in/out of, so we will definitely be keeping this place top of mind for our next family visit!
