About this house rental
Nestled in Titusville, this lovely house for $500 per night is a great option for your next trip. An exquisite 1-acre, gated, riverfront property right across from the NASA/VAB building. We have the closest dock to the launchpad, perfect rocket launch views! A private home equipped with a pool and spa. Eloquently furnished throughout. Free WiFi available to guests. Located 3 miles from interstate 95, 8 miles to 528 toll road, 10 miles to Playalinda beach, 12 miles to Cocoa Beach, and less than an hour to all Disney/Universal attractions! Things to note before booking: *Owner does live on premises in separate apartment with private access. *Garages are not available for parking inside. There is ample parking space in driveway for vehicles. We only ask not to park in front of the 2 garage doors on the left. *We have one doorbell security camera facing the driveway. It will be on during your stay. *The dock is not suitable for boat storage (no canal or boat lift). The water is very shallow (There is a boat ramp 4 miles from the house located at Parrish Park). *There is a fee to heat the pool/spa. Fees are based on length of stay. Temperature will be maintained at 87 degrees. *Please note that if the amount of guests exceeds more than 6, there is a $25 fee per person per night* **Weddings and Events are welcomed and incur additional fees and require our approval after we confirm a mutually good fit via telephone. Any event at the house requires payment for a total of 11 overnight guests. VRBO guidelines do not allow either party to view contact information. A booking must be made for us to contact you to hear details about your special occasion. Should you decide our home is not a good fit for your occasion, you can cancel your booking. If an event occurs during your stay without owner approval, additional fees will be processed through VRBO.**

The owner, doesn’t do the scheduling himself, was not expecting us. He had contractors doing work on the property. He was expecting us the next day. I did have a VERY HARD time getting the lady that does his booking to add our whole stay to the calendar. I paid extra for air mattresses that were not delivered till the second night. So when people that were going to use them had the impression there was nothing for them to sleep on when they came in the middle of the night. They ended up getting a hotel room in the middle of the night and didn’t stay the whole time. So I do feel like we were over charged for the air mattresses.
We were thrilled about the rocked launch !!! We enjoyed the kayaks and walking the pier. We saw dolphins and stingrays.
Larry brought us ice. Very nice. I was not pleased when I showed up and Larry didn’t know that the heated pool was already paid for. He was telling my brother he could pay him cash to heat the pool.
The hot tub does need a safety rail for everyone to enjoy it. My parents and I were unable to get in and out safely.
The home itself is Amazing as far as space for all ten of us. I am disappointed the air mattress weren’t visible the first night and that I paid for people to stay and ultimately they left when we didn’t know.
I also live in Florida, so I understand about water damage and everything. My parents don’t, so they were worried water going to come in because of the damage on the wall facing the water.

Everything about the home was wonderful. We enjoyed walking along and fishing from the pier. The kitchen was well equipped and the decor was attractive. The owner was helpful as we had no idea how to turn on the heat. The only glitch was the place was not ready to be occupied when we arrive at 4:00 and we had to wait outside while they finished cleaning.

We had our family here over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A SpaceX launch happened while we were there and it was awesome. You can easily watch the launch and hear the sonic boom. The owner is easy to work with and responds quickly. Would highly recommend this property.

The property is absolutely as beautiful as the pics. Property owner checked in as needed and answered all questions. A 10 of 10 experience! Well worth the drive from the mountains of NC.

We were a gathering of family to celebrate the 100th birthday of my father in law. Our group included his children (son & daughter plus spouses), grandchildren (plus spouses), and great grandchildren.
We found the home to be fantastic (one grandchild exclaimed, "we're staying in a mansion" and the host to be very accommodating. Of particular note is the view of NASA facilities across the bay, it is directly across from the Vehicle Assembly Building; add to all of this, there was a night launch on my FIL's birthday.
We highly recommend the home.

We had a family vacation and it was absolutely perfect for our big family. Home is very roomy, all bedrooms have bathrooms and owner was very accomodating. Pool, hot tub and gazebo were so lovely! Saw 2 rockets go off on our

This house was a perfect fit for our needs. We came in for our high school reunion. This house was great to have a few extra friends over and hang out at the pool or on the dock. We also got to see a launch one afternoon.

We had a wonderful time. We thought the house was dated as far as paint, furnishings, basic repair items however it served our purpose well. We thought it was priced right for the accommodations. We had an issue with the AC while there and the owner was very responsive and had the problem resolved immediately.
The pool was cleaned daily when we were there and parking was plentiful.

Problems: The yard is not properly fenced for a dog (even though I asked the owner and paid the pet fee). The gates don't properly close and there are large gaps in the fence. Also, his yard man took one of the gates down while we were still there. Both dogs got out and one ended up in the busy road (thankfully did not get hit by a car). Also, the listing states that there are kayaks and a canoe but there is no way to get them into the water and the canoe was full of water. The pool was quite dirty. You have to go through one bedroom to get to another one. Shades were broken in the master bedroom by the pool area so privacy was an issue. Also, there was no wood for the fire pit (the listing stated there would be).
I gave the listing a 4 because overall we had a great trip.

Outstanding location and a beautiful house with a spectacular view and access to Indian River. Excellent pool, backyard, and dock with a view of Kennedy Space Center’s Vehicle Assembly Building and launch pads. An exceptional weekend topped off by watching a Space X launch. Larry was a great host. Overall an exceptional place for a family gathering and celebration.

This house was outstanding. Great quiet location, right on the water. The house was very clean and fit 7 of us perfectly! We were lucky to see 2 rocket launches while we were there and the house was in a perfect location to see them go off. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Everything needs to be updated/replaced even the toilets. Your view was beautiful the house condition was poor. Didn’t even leave out an extra towel.However service from owner daughter was excellent. LOOK OUT FOR FINE PRINT CONTACT……

Absolutely stunning property. Extremely clean inside. Every morning walking out of the dock watching Dolphins, birds and fish was the best way to start the day. Would definitely recommend and planning on staying here again.

Lovely home for a family get together! Plenty of space for sleeping and gathering. Kitchen was fully stocked with all you would need. Kids enjoyed the pool, spa and kayaking. Location was great to visit different beaches and restaurants. Owner was excellent to work with. Looking forward to another visit!

My husband and I stayed with his brother and sister-in-law and two additional single family members so with 4 en-suite bedrooms we had all the space and privacy we needed … always a huge plus when traveling and there was an additional bedroom and a bed off one of the bedrooms that could have accommodated even more. The gathering areas were large enough to accommodate us as well as some friends and family who were also in town. The pool is super cute with an attached hot tub which was enjoyed by all. A super fun bonus was being able to watch a space launch from the gazebo at the end of the dock. Larry and Jimi both checked in on us at separate times to make sure we were able to access the home and to make sure we were enjoying our stay. All in all it was a win win win.

Perfect spot for out family with an abundant of wildlife and aquatic animals from manatees, dolphins, all species of fish to birds and our family friend gator. The pool was Great for our family. Not a true fan of electric kitchen when you come from a gas kitchen. So the gas grill was a great place to cook and worked out great for us. Did get to see a rocket launch so that was a Great bonus. Would return for another stay

This home is beautiful and the view couldn't be any better. My husband & I stayed for 2 weeks. We had friends for a week & sister/BIL came for a couple days. Everyone was in love with the home and what it offered and couldn't say enough good things about it. Beautiful views, right across from the Space Center to watch launches, amazing sunrises, dolphins swimming by nearly every day, an amazing patio & pool and the home was stocked with every thing you could want or need. Larry Wren, the owner is a great person & wonderful to work with and his employee who cleans the pool, etc is very friendly yet mindful of your privacy. We would have loved to stay longer!!

My family and I stayed for my brothers wedding and we have all seen and driven by this property for years because we lived near by and we have always wondered what it’s like to stay there, honestly a dream come true for all of us, what an amazing place to stay, beautiful property, tons of amenities, games and features. The instruments were a blessing (we have a musical family) and Larry was super attentive, truly a great host! He answered every time we called with a question and whoa did we have a lot! Would recommend to anyone! We loved it! The memories we made will be cherished for generations, nothing in this world is truly better than that!

The back yard of the property is Gorgeous and so is the view! Our family enjoyed watching the Space X shuttle launch and the beautiful sunrises. We enjoyed fishing at the end of the dock and watching dolphins swim around each morning. The house is large and spacious for a large group to stay for an extended time and not feel cramped. The kitchen contained all the essentials for cooking multiple meals for a large group at the house. It was only a 15 minute drive to the Kennedy Space Complex and just over 30 minutes to Coco Beach. The check in and check out process was easy and simple.
Our only complaint during our 5 night stay is that the pool could not be heated due to a mechanical issue. This was a big disappointment for our family, since this is one of the main reasons we rented this house. The regular water temperature was too cold to swim for an extended period of time, even for my kids until the very last evening of our stay.

Larry & Jimmie made sure that we had EVERYTHING that we could need for our stay!! They allowed us to use this amazing home for my wedding and it could not have been more perfect! The house is stunning and has everything you could need for your stay! Ranging from games & kayaks to cooking utensils and laundry supplies! They are hosts that truly go above and beyond for their guests and I would recommend them and their home to anyone visiting the area! Our family had an amazing time sitting around the pool chatting, fishing off the dock and watching the MANY pods of dolphins swim up close (right under us on the dock)! It is truly a location, a home and experience that cannot be topped! If you’re visiting the Titusville area, staying here would make your trip amazing!

This house is absolutely stunning. The pictures on here are beautiful but just wait until you walk through the front door and then through every room. You won’t want to leave…ever. Breathtaking sunrises out on the dock swing, swimming in the heated pool ! We were lucky enough to see a rocket launch from the cape right on the dock!! Our host Larry was very accommodating and helpful, checking in and out was such a breeze. Will definitely come back here, I highly recommend this property- you won’t be disappointed!!

Really enjoyed how the property was located off the river. Large home with room enough for our 10 person party. Pool was not super big, but suffice. Little disappointed in the condition of the house. The back door did not lock, so that was a tad uncomfortable. The property owner popped up unannounced which made for awkward conversation one evening while the family was out on the back patio.

The house was beautiful, had absolutely everything. The homeowner has gone the extra mile to make families feel like home and thought of the little details for families with dis of all ages. We enjoyed the pool and the view of the Indian River. No rocket launches, but we had the best time and made some great memories.
