Located in Bald Head Island, this attractive house for $1,120 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. (5BR/4.5BA,1K/3Q/4Tw/2Tr, SLP 10, 2 golf carts, Saturday Turn in Peak Season, CHECK OUT 11:00AM / CHECK IN 5:30PM) Chippin' and Sippin' gives you the best of the beach AND the golf course! Literally just a three-minute walk to the beach, this bright reverse floor-plan home boasts ocean, lagoon and golf course views plus it has been recently updated-with hardwood floors added to all the bedrooms and a new sofa, love seat and flat-screen installed in the living room. Warm Australian Cypress floors greet you as you enter off of the rocking-chair front porch. Downstairs, you will find four family-friendly bedrooms. There are two suites-a Queen and one with two Twins. Each boasts its own private bath. The other two bedrooms-one furnished with two Queens and the other with two more Twins and two trundles share a convenient Jack and Jill full bath. As you go up the stairs to the main living area, you are greeted by bright, airy, vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan with delightful views on all sides. The spacious gathering area is anchored by a decorative marble fireplace and accesses the large upstairs covered porch that overlooks the golf course. The living area flows into an ample dining space, surrounded by windows, and featuring an elegant chandelier as well as a new farm table. Just beyond is the oversize granite kitchen island. There's plenty of room here for both a breakfast bar for four and for prepping culinary treats! The rest of the kitchen won't disappoint. First it is BIG. Secondly, it is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, plenty of cabinets, a roomy pantry, a wine fridge and a generous supply of cooking utensils and hardware. But the characteristic that you'll savor the most is the view from the panoramic windows. Sip your coffee while relishing the sun sparkling on the Atlantic. Next to the kitchen is the ocean balcony-so if you crave fresh air with a great view-you've found your spot! This level also houses the VERY private King Master Suite. Located off by itself, this suite includes a walk-in closet and a beautiful spa-like bath featuring an extra-large walk-in shower and his and hers sinks. This property comes with a gas grill, new bikes, beach chairs, internet access and the use of two golf carts-a six-passenger and a four-passenger. Whether you come to Bald Head to golf, swim or just relax-you can enjoy it all at Chippin' & Sippin'! Remember, with Wendy Wilmot Properties there are no surprise "add-on" expenses. Don't hesitate to stay here! This is a beautifully situated property with views of the golf course as well as the water. It's an easy 5 minute walk down to the beach access. The sunsets, visible from the front balcony and kitchen, were spectacular during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans and the like; the furniture and beds are comfy. Renters should plan on bringing basics such as soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and paper towels as those are not provided or minimally so.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! It was my parents first trip and needless to say they are already looking forward to going back. The views were perfect as we could see the beach and enjoyed watching the wildlife on the golf course. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location and well appointed home. It was perfect for our family gathering! Easy access to the beach via very nice 6 seater golf carts. Super close to the market as well. The property manager was excellent and accommodating from check in to check out!

We’ve been coming to BHI as a family for 40 years! The Island continues to be our favorite vacation destination. This house gets high marks for location, attractiveness, comfort, flexible rooms and bed options, kitchen suits many cooks at a time(we chose to eat all meals at home:-). Everyone had plenty of privacy but 10 were easily accommodated in the main area or on several porches which provided a grat view. It was our nicest house in our years of visits! Also golf carts were in great shape as was the grill!

We have been coming to BHI for 13 years and this was the first time we stayed on this part of the island. The house is convenient to everything, quick run to the market or to the BHI club for food was a great convenience. The house itself was very nice and large. It has a fantastic view of the winter sunset as well as views of the 16th green and tee box. We were also treated to a herd of deer around the same time every morning just outside the home on the golf course. We had a few hiccups with one of the carts and the water getting hot, but WWP staff was very communicative and on top of any issue we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Chippin’ and Sippin’ is a gorgeous home, perfectly laid out for families. Fabulous location with ocean and golf course views! Walk to the beautiful wide beaches. I’d definitely rent again. Golf carts gave us lots of problems (lots of pushing 😱)but WW sent maintenance as soon as we requested. The agency is wonderful to deal with from start to finish. The app is great. Nothing but positives for this fun weekend.

Wendy Wilmot and team literally rescued us from a horrible rental! I will only rent from Wendy at BHI in the future!! Staff was absolutely amazing. They even helped up move!! Beautiful view!! Absolutely loved everything about this place! Perfect place to bring in 2021!

We stayed at Chippin and Sippin for the first time this summer. With three families (6 adults, 6 kids), we were a little nervous about feeling crowded in one house together, but Chippin more than accommodated our needs. The upper level's open floorplan and panoramic views made for a very spacious gathering place; the long dining table had seats for 12 and the kitchen island was enormous, a great place for having breakfast or playing cards. The lower level has 4 bedrooms (in addition to the master suite upstairs) which perfectly accommodated our group. We did have some maintenance issues with the fridge and wine fridge--the former would not stay cold and the latter did not work at all--which the management company did everything they could to swiftly address. Overall the finishes, fixtures, and decor were updated and in great condition, and the various gathering spaces (3 porches, 5 bedrooms, and spacious upstairs living area) provided for lots of places for the twelve of us to spread out in. A quick cart ride or walk to the beach across the street made for a great location. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.
