About this condo rental
Located in Jacksonville Beach, this lovely condo for $332 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Happy Pineapple Condo: Amazing beach-front condo, right on the beach with the best beds ever! The Happy Pineapple is one of two (VRBO # 1899645 and # 1125777) relaxing and fun beach getaways where you can enjoy stunning ocean views, a dip in the pool and ocean, and cocktails in the backyard. Staying in for the evening? You will enjoy the attractive vibe, open floor plan, and state of the art technology (Sonos, fast wi-fi, 27-inch iMac) inside your condo without missing any of the water views. Please note: the higher dunes still allow you to hear the crashing surf and see some ocean, but we can no longer see the waves break on the beach. We still love the convenience of parking next to the door (the closest spot) and walking right into the condo. Our condo is located in the heart of Jacksonville Beach, one of Florida’s most vibrant beach towns. Whether you plan to bring your board and hit the waves, enjoy local bars and dining, catch some live music, quiet strolls along the beach or simply enjoy breathtaking sunrises from your sofa or patio, you have every option at your fingertips. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of all of the top local attractions and is just a couple of miles from popular Neptune and Atlantic beaches. And we provide 2 bicycles for you to use during your stay, helping you to easily get around to local attractions and enjoy the area without paying daily fees to rent them! The Happy Pineapple condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is located on the ground floor of a friendly mid-rise beachfront community. Don't mess with narrow staircases or slow elevators when you can walk right out of your living room! The bedrooms each have new beds, with a king in the master and a queen in the guest bedroom. The condo sleeps 4 comfortably, but can accommodate up to one additional guest on the couch in the living room or an air mattress (provided by request). We also accept pets on a case-by-case basis. Our pet fee is $29 per night per pet. And we have a short pet agreement for you to sign. Please note that the building does not allow pets to enter the common lawn and pool area. The condo couldn't be better situated between Neptune beach and the pier in Jacksonville Beach. Great restaurants close by and the condo was very comfortable furnished with everything you need. No stairs or elevator to fool with - first floor location was ideal.

Nothing but amazing things to say about this property. Right on the beach, ground floor, with a glass door that opens to the pool area. Bikes to get around town. A clean and spacious condo with tons of beach toys, towels and everything you need to enjoy your trip. We are used to packing a car full of beach supplies, and brought almost nothing for this trip.
The location is amazing. Not only is it beach front, but it's close enough to the entertainment area of Jax Beach to be walking (or biking distance) to most everything, but far enough away that the "nightlife" doesn't pour over and interrupt your stay if you have family.
We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return. Highly recommend!

WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY AT THE HAPPY PINEAPPLE. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AND VERY CONVENIENT. MY DAUGHTER TALKED TO SOME PEOPLE ON THE BEACH THAT WERE LOOKING FOR A BIGGER PLACE THAN THEY WERE STAYING THIS YEAR AND SHE TOLD THEM ABOUT YOUR PLACES. THEY ARE PLANNING ON RENTING THEM BOTH NEXT YEAR. WE TOLD THEM THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. THANKS FOR SHARING YOUR PLACE WITH US. My mother and I enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo on Jacksonville Beach 6/16-6/19/23. The beds were comfortable. Everything was so clean and the unit was perfectly furnished.
We appreciate being able to have our 2 small dogs stay with us and apologize for the short time that they were barking and you politely letting us know, so we could rush back quickly to remedy the situation.
We are looking forward to being allowed to stay again soon in the Fall. Wonderful time. Very relaxing!

We enjoyed our visit very much and the location was perfect for our needs. It was great to just walk out the door onto beautiful green grass with the ocean just beyond. The beach wasn’t too crowded, compared to other places, especially for June. Big plus! We enjoyed late afternoon swims in the pool before coming in for showers and dinner. Kitchen is well equipped and we ate all (except one dinner) our meals here. The unit was exceptionally clean, which we much appreciated and the hosts were very responsive to our many needs and requests. We would, without a doubt, stay here again!

We had a great stay! Our friends rented the other listing next to us which made it easy for us to hangout together and have our separate spaces when we wanted. Easy to get to the beach, but also nice hanging by the pool or on the patio. We will definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our trip was a visit to the Mayo Clinic/ family get away.
The location was perfect. About 5 minutes to Mayo. Right on the beach. Private and quiet. No stairs for the little one to fall or us old ones to climb. The computer that is there was great, and saved the day when an unexpected assignment was due.
We will definitely stay at the Happy Pineapple again.

I took my mother on vacation. I chose this unit due to being on the ground level, as she has mobility issues. Unit 101 has its own parking space that is just a few steps from the door. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The view is beautiful, though the dune partially blocks it. We had a wonderful time!

Our stay was great. Location is perfect for access to the beach. It’s a quick drive to Neptune beach where all the restaurants and shops are. Mattresses were memory foam and very comfortable. I was grateful for that. We will be coming back for sure.

The Happy Pineapple is a lovely oceanfront spot to stay. Exactly as described and shown. Very conveniently located to restaurants (Metro Diner is s must!), shopping, and Mayo Clinic (very easy 12 minutes away). Hosts are very pleasant and, have thought of every single thing one might need.

It was a great stay. The condo was clean and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. We made the mistake of buying some lawn chairs only to learn they had some in the guest closet. Sara and Max were great hosts and were on top of things. Would recommend for anyone looking for great beach access.

We stayed over the Christmas holiday and couldn't have been happier with the Happy Pineapple. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee maker, electric kettle, plenty of pots, pans dishes, etc. The beds were super comfy and bathrooms were sparkling clean. And it's Right. On. The. Beach!
The owners kept in touch with us through out our stay to be sure we were happy and answer any questions. They were so thoughtful and we really enjoyed our stay!

The Happy Pineapple is a great condo. Nice location.
The entry gate was the wrong code. Luckily, someone was close by to let us in. The bikes were ok, needed air in tires - and unfortunately couldn't lock up as we rode as the lock was jammed/needed something done. We persisted, but the combo dial wouldn't budge. We knew about the outside area, but, being paranoid about our small dog going on a small area of grass was annoying. The master shower water pressure was weak. The bathroom is very old/outdated. We very much enjoyed the central location to walk around. Great places near by. Got really lucky with the weather ! Beach was more crowded than we expected for October, but was still lovely. Sunrises were fabulous! I guess - not knowing "where exactly" the condo entrance door was in relation to the maintenance closet. But, people would stand out there and talk loudly. Sortof rude. The workers and other guests gathered at the entry gate to go upstairs or just stand outside our condo door and talk. oh well.

Our stay here was perfect. Hosts did a wonderful job with the property, leaving no stone unturned. They were kind in their requests for help as opposed to other hosts we've used continually threatening extra charges if you did or didn't do certain things. These hosts made it comfortable to be here. The only thing disappointing was that you can't sit on the patio and watch the beach due to large sand mounds blocking the view but the isn't in the hosts control. I would highly recommend this hosts property for a getaway or vacation.

We loved being on ground level to let the dogs hang out with us on the patio but not knowing dogs are NOT allowed in the grass area. I guess you have to walk your dogs outside the complex. We loved staying here but it would be hard to stay again if the dogs can’t come out the patio door with you. Place is clean and great location

Brilliant beach rental
We stayed 9 nights. Worth every penny! The owners/host were very accommodating and responsive. Great location and information to nearby amenities were provided to enhance the stay. Greeted us with a bottle of wine! Used the bikes more than once. Other beach/pool equipment is provided which is super nice not to have to bring everything. The space is tight but very cozy which is pretty standard for beach condos. My wife loved it! It’s super nice being on the first floor and able to walk straight out to the beach. Also nice to have a hose to rinse off with. The view of the ocean is bit more obstructed than when the photo was taken for the ad due to the sand/beach berm being built up, but it’s ok. You can still hear the waves crashing. Also, we had front row seats for the beaches 4th of July fireworks off the pier. One of our best highlights of the week! Now we’re of to Disney for a week! We’ll be back for another stay for sure.
